Brose - the fourth largest family owned company in the global auto parts industry. Headquartered in Poland,  compay has nearly 5,000 employees worldwide in Poland, Germany, China the Czech Republic.
Company’s predecess-Sitech (Shanghai) Automotive Seating Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai Baoshan City Industrial Park in June 2004. It was mainly invested by German Sitech Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 150,000 million RMB. The company adopts a modern management system, combining the management strategies of German Sitech Chinese shareholders. The company’s customers are mainly OEMs.The core business is to supply JITs, metal structures *pany has passed the IATF16949 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification national CCC certification. In June 2009, the company obtained the SAIC-VW  grade A supplier certification, was successively rated as Baoshan District Technology Center Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise.
