SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitthe market trends, competition landscape growth potential fBioControl product
2. Develop marketing strategy fBioSolution growth fthe region, including identifying strategic geography strategic crops.
3. Design, develop launch customized grower solutions that combine crop protection BioStimulant portfolio
4. Coordinating with regulatory R&D colleagues, manage the investments plans business cases, monitthe development projects
5. Represent Asia in the global BioControl networks
6. Support country BioStimulant sales marketing team to achieve sales GP growth
7. Guide country BioStimulant Go-to-market channel strategy.
8. Provide best practice, strategy product training to the Asia BU commercial team
9. Lead the BioControl product solution branding process – Product positioning, differentiation pricing
10. Jointly responsible fSales revenue Gross Profit of BioSolutions together with Regional/Country Managers
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
85 5 years’ experience minimum required in marketing & commercial role in the above mentioned field experiences
85 Fluency in English is required the common practice of other languages of the Area will be an added advantage
85 Broad knowledge about Agricultural science
85 Be an evangelist
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
85 University degree in basic Science study, Biology Molecular science, Agricultural science, related field agronomic science (agronomy, weed science, plant pathology, entomology plant nutrition physiology) - required.
TRAVEL: Approximately 25% - 50% of time on the job
