Key Responsibilities 责任：
- According to the appointed job technical request, he/she must finish on time with good quality.
根据公司的生产总计划，负责本工段的生产和组织，确保生产任务的按时完成。及时监控车间生产进度，对突发情况及时响应，减少项目延误
Primary Activities 主要工作：
- Strictly follow up the quality requirements EHS regulation during the operation.
在机器操作过程中充分考虑对环境和人身安全的影响，变更时也必须充分考虑到对环境因素、职业健康安全风险的控制；贯彻质量、环境、安全标准，确保操作符合产品质量、环境保护、安全生产的要求。
- Report to workshop supervisEHS dept. immediately if find any safety risk
发现安全风险及隐患应立即报告主管或HSE工程师；
- Ensure that operators strictly follow up the process rules
负责本工段员工的日常管理，合理安排员工工作任务，确保员工的生产效率达到要求。另外关注员工的工作状态，对新员工提供必要的培训&支持。
- Ensure that operators strictly follow up the process routing drawing, operation progress equipment program.
监督员工严格按照产品工艺加工路线和生产图纸，操作程序和设备操作规程
- According to the technical request quality standard, ensure that operators strictly perform the quality self-inspection make analysis report to team leader
根据工艺要求和质量标准，确保员工进行产品自检，对发现的问题进行分析和修正并且及时向车间经理汇报情况。
- Perform the daily maintenance inspection of equipment tools.
监督生产设备、工具、防护设施的日常维护和保养
- Perform the daily inspection of equipment
监督员工做好每天设备的点检。
- Stop the machine put the maintenance tag if find any risk of machine broken safety issues
发现机器、工装等损坏应立即保修，存在漏电等安全风险的应立即停止使用，及时报修，并挂上维修标记。
- Perform the daily maintenance record on time
进行设备及工装等附件的日常维护，做好维护保养记录。
- Clean the working area another appointed job
生产场地的清洁及其他临时交办的工作
- Close the power source when finish the work leave the working area
工作结束后要及时关闭电源，离开工位时要关闭周边的电源及气阀；
