Ensure timely delivery according to customers delivery date, production capacity, sup-plier’s material supply etc.
根据客户的交货期，生产能力和供应商的材料供应等，确保及时交货。
Timely tracking of the materials, the actual production situation of the workshop, customerder changes, in the process of implementation of the process, accurate timely discovery of the problem.
及时跟踪物料、车间实际生产情况、客户订单变化情况，并在工艺实施过程中，准确及时地发现问题。
岗位职责 Position Responsibilities
维护系统物料计划相关的主数据的正确性
Maintain, correct troubleshoot exceptions fmaterial planning-related master data; ensure SAP master data accuracy normal MRP operation.
采购相关主数据的修正与管理。负责物料计划相关主数据的维护、修正与异常排查，保障 SAP 主数据准确及 MRP 运算正常。
Responsible fmaintenance of inventory controls administration of inventory reduction programs.
负责库存控制的维护和库存减少计划的管理；
Manage the planning & purchasing procedure to ensure good controlling in the daily operation, including on time product delivery to customers inventory controlling;
管理计划和采购程序，以确保日常运作的良好控制，包括按时交货和库存控制；
To drive the material management performance by utilizing continuous improvement measurements actions to fulfill the customer needs in proactive way.
通过持续改进措施和行动，积极主动地满足客户需求，推动物料管理绩效；
Forecast BOM/purchasing processing optimization.
预测BOM/采购流程优化；
Transfer forecast to suppliers/GBS make sure the material just-in-time.
将预测信息传递给供应商/GBS，确保物料及时到位；
Improve material planning reliability forecasting.
提高物料计划和预测的可靠性；
Material ATP check within 2 working days fthe urgent inquiry.
如有紧急查询，可在2个工作天内核对材料ATP；
New Material follow-up; 新物料跟进；
EDN/Workflow follow-up; EDN/Workflow跟进；
Streamline the process fsetting, reviewing optimizing MRP parameters covering all material types vendors using either ABC/XYZ dem+ variability thresholds. (MRP Monit+ Inventory Cockpit);
使用ABC/XYZ或需求+可变性阈值，简化MRP参数的设置、审查和优化过程，涵盖所有材料类型和供应商；
Appraisal optimization of purchasing strategies.
采购策略的评估与优化；
Analysis of slow-moving stocks with preventive actions.
对滞销的库存进行分析并采取预防措施；
Setting up scraping processes recycling left over stocks.
建立回收流程或回收剩余库存。
Open PO aging analysis; 展开订单时效分析；
SAP MM Key User. SAP MM关键用户。
Able to leverage automation tools to optimize the material planning process. 持续使用自动化的工具帮助优化物料计划流程。
任职资格The Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree above； 本科及以上学历；
More than 3 years material planning related experience；
3年以上物料计划相关经验；
Data-sensitive, with extensive operational experience in SAP MM/PP modules, proficient in-office tools (Word, Excel, etc.), familiar with PowerBI/Python related knowledge.
数据敏感，有丰富的SAP MM/PP模块操作经验，熟练使用办公工具(word, excel等)，熟悉PowerBI/ Python相关知识。
Good at SAP MM&PP module; 熟练掌握SAP MM及PP模块；
Familiarity with statistics analysis of data; 熟悉统计和数据分析；
Good at teamwork Collaboration with International team.
善于团队合作，并能与国际团队协作；
Strong learning ability; 学习能力强；
Detail-focused rigorous in work，good analytical skills, high efficiency.
