POSITION RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
1.To work closely together with operations front line leader to actively identify, control, minimize, mitigate and/remove risks in site’s day to day operations.
与运营一线领导密切合作，积极识别、控制、限度地减少、减轻和/或消除现场日常运营中的风险。
2.To work with implement VS320(Site Risk Management)/VS323(security system management), conduct local risk assessments,ganize findings, actively work with findings risk reduction corrective actions communicate with site management team to reduce overall risks. Supervise fire system maintenance vendconduct the weekly inspection monthly/quarterly maintenance base on VS320 requirements.
与VS320（现场风险管理）/VS323（安全系统管理）合作并实施，进行本地风险评估，组织和更新调查结果，积极配合调查结果和风险降低纠正措施，并与现场管理团队沟通以降低整体风险。监督消防系统维护供应商根据VS320的要求进行每周检查和每月/季度维护。
3.To set up ISO 45001, maintain ISO 14001 & Safety Standardization system within plant.
建立ISO 45001，维护工厂内的ISO 14001和安全标准化体系。
4.Identify the applicable EHS regulation standards; periodically moniton the regulation changes the plant EHS procedures improve the EHS programs accordingly.
确定适用的EHS法规和标准；定期监督法规的变化，更新工厂EHS程序，并相应地改进EHS程序。
5.Maintain all the related licenses, qualifications government approvals kept by EHS; Communicate with government agencies, prepare submit the required EHS reports forms.
维护EHS保存的所有相关执照、资质和政府批准；与政府机构沟通，准备并提交所需的EHS报告和表格。
6.Investigates reported accidents concerns to ensure action plan be taken.
调查报告的事故和问题，并确保采取行动计划。
7.Develop systemic EHS training plan based on Veoneer local government regulation. Ensure the plan is specific fit the needs. Timely deliver the training courses to all levels employee.
根据Veoneer和当地政府法规制定系统的EHS培训计划。确保计划具体且符合需求。及时向各级员工提供培训课程。
8.Good understanding of hazard communications, Develop the 3rd level safety WI including the MSDS Hazards waste. Put in record hazards chemical hazards waste management which including annual hazardous waste management plan to EPB.
良好理解危险沟通，制定包括MSDS危险废物在内的三级安全WI。向环保部门备案危险化学品和危险废物管理，包括年度危险废物管理计划。
9.Conduct occupational health management which including occupational health test evaluation, employment hazard declaration to safety bureau, occupational health management , occupational health checkup.
进行职业健康管理，包括职业健康测试评估、向安全局申报职业危害、职业健康管理、职业健康检查。
10.Implement the emergency plan,ganizing the necessary training, emergency team practices, drills to ensure its effectiveness.
落实应急预案，组织必要的培训，应急小组演练，确保其有效性。
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求
1.Bachelor’s degree in safety environment engineering management related technical field equivalent education experience.
安全或环境工程管理或相关技术领域学士学位或同等教育或经验。
2.Certified Safety Engineer is perferred.
有注册安全工程师证书。
3.Good English listening, speaking, reading writing skills.
良好的英文听说读写能力。
4.Over 4 years experience on EHS work experience, worked as similar role in MNC is preferred.
4年以上EHS工作经验，在跨国公司担任类似职位者优先。
5.Familiar with Chinese safety environment laws & regulations & Good understof ISO14001 requirement.
熟悉中国的安全与环境法律法规和ISO14001要求。
6.Strong understanding ffire safety/ chemical safety/incident investigation techniques/LOTO/ Hazardous work permit etc.
对消防安全/化学安全/事故调查技术/LOTO/危险作业许可证等有很强的理解。
7.Good computer skills experience with Word, Excel, MS Project similar software.
良好的计算机技能和Word、Excel、MS Project及类似软件的使用经验。
