PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. 1+ years of experience
2. Bachelof Science in appropriate engineering discipline.
3. Collaborate with commercial team internal team to support business development VAVE project.
4. Successful experience performing within new project & VAVE project is strong preference.
5. Good at English; good at communication
6. Very familiar with IATF16949 systems related tools (e.g. APQP, PPAP, PM etc.) is preference
7. HSF knowledge is needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Establish project job number initiate Project Binder ftracking the Product Launch
2. maintain each project timeline & Gate review & change review based on agreed project milestone
3. Kick off /daily/monthly meeting to communicate new project/VAVE project progress to core team members
4. Manage project documentation project phase sample &change management
5. Conduct continuous risk assessment fprojects
6. Work with team to ensure the productivity project successful passed the customer approval
7. Other tasks assigned by NPL manager
