KEY RESULTS AREAS 职位概要1.        Maintain the cleanliness functionality ofApartments Surroundings (e.g. Corridors, lift lobbies, carpets) reportingdefects, achieving zero referrals from Residents.保持房间及外围环境的清洁、完好状态。及时报告需维修项目，实现零缺陷服务。2.        Maintain operational readiness of equipment anddistributions of supplies.保证设施设备的良好使用状态，及时补充消耗品。3.        Assist with the removal replacement of curtain,furniture, fixtures soft furnishings maintenance of furniture store.帮助住客搬移窗帘、家具、及其它家用设备。4. Assist with thecleaning of Apartments, e.g. cleaning of, windows, upholstery, rugs, carpets,walls, lighting, air-con vents ceiling帮助清洁房间设施（例如：窗户、地垫、地毯、墙面、灯、空调口、天花等）。5. Uphold companypolicy procedures to ensure the safety, security welfare of theResidents.严格遵照公司的规章和程序，保证住客的安全、舒适。6.        Anticipate Residences’ needs exceeded theirexpectation.预期住客的需要，并完美地实现。7.        Clean Apartments when necessary.在需要时清洁房间。8.        standards procedures按照既定标准和工作程序，对客房、走廊、布草房和餐具柜进行清洁。9.        Attends meetings training sessions as required,improve work efficiency service quality.积极参与部门员工的培训和会议，提高工作效率，提升服务质量。10.        Complies with hotel’s health, safety hygienepolicies adheres to conduct personnel grooming hygiene standards遵守酒店的健康、安全和卫生政策，并遵守个人仪容和卫生标准11. Meets with superitakes on daily assigned tasks与上级会面并承担每日分配的任务。
