Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible fthe design optimization of the storage architecture fAI 3D large model-related data, addressing the efficient read-write requirements of massive heterogeneous data such as 3D models, textures, skeletal animations;
2.Building maintaining backend services fdata centers in a Linux environment, achieving automated cluster operations, data backup, monitoring alerts through Shell scripts;
3.Develop data management interfaces using Python web frameworks such as Flask/Fastapi to support front-end data visualization business system integration;
4.Design optimize database solutions, proficient in using databases such as MySQL/Cassandra/Redis/MongoDB, handling the establishment of indexes f3D data, query optimization, cache strategy design;
5.Implement scheduling based on Celery (e.g., 3D model format conversion, data cleaning, batch processing) to enhance system concurrency;
6.Participated in the iterative upgrades of the data center system to ensure high availability low latency of services, collaborated with the algorithm team to complete the preprocessing flow of training data f3D large models;
7.Standardize technical documentation development guidelines, promote team coding standardization, enhance overall R&D efficiency.
岗位职责
1、负责 AI 3D 大模型相关数据的存储架构设计与优化,适配 3D 模型、贴图、骨骼动画等海量异构数据的高效读写需求;
2、基于 Linux 环境搭建和维护数据中心后端服务,通过 Shell 脚本实现集群运维自动化、数据备份与监控告警;
3、使用 Python 及 Flask/Fastapi等 Web 框架,开发数据管理接口,支撑前端数据可视化与业务系统对接;
4、设计并优化数据库方案,熟练运用 MySQL/Cassandra/Redis/MongoDB 等数据库,处理 3D 数据的索引建立、查询优化、缓存策略设计;
5、基于 Celery 实现调度(如 3D 模型格式转换、数据清洗、批量处理),提升系统并发能力;
6、参与数据中心系统的迭代升级,保障服务高可用、低延迟,配合算法团队完成 3D 大模型训练数据的预处理与流转;
7、沉淀技术文档与开发规范,推动团队编码标准化,提升整体研发效率。
职位要求
Job Requirements
1.Bachelors degree higher, with over 2 years of experience in backend development data platform development;
2.Proficient in Linux operating system, skilled in common commands, capable of independently writing Shell scripts fautomated operations, data processing, other scenarios;
3.Proficient in Python with solid project development experience, capable of independently completing backend service setup core module development;
4.Proficient in web frameworks such as Flask/FastAPI, skilled in tools like Celery SQLAlchemy, with hands-on experience in delivering complete backend projects;
5.Gain an in-depth understanding of the storage principles optimization techniques of at least two more databases (MySQL/Cassandra/Redis/MongoDB/DynamoDB), be capable of designing reasonable data storage solutions based on business scenarios;
6.Possess good coding habits, with clear code structure, standardized naming conventions, strong logic, a focus on code reuse performance optimization, resulting in low redundancy.

1.Familiar with 3D model-related knowledge, including 3D data structures, network topology, texture formats, skeletal binding, with an understanding of 3D large model data processing scenarios;
2.Experience with DCC software (e.g., Blender), familiarity with 3D model import/export format conversion processes, enabling better alignment with business requirements;
3.Possess strong problem-solving communication skills, demonstrate passion fthe AI 3D field, be willing to explore the intersection of new technologies with business applications.
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,具备 2 年以上后端开发或数据平台开发经验;
2、熟练掌握 Linux 操作系统,精通常用命令,能独立编写 Shell 脚本实现自动化运维、数据处理等场景;
3、精通 Python 语言,具备扎实的项目开发经验,能独立完成后端服务搭建与核心模块开发;
4、熟悉 Flask/Fastapi等 Web 框架,熟练使用 Celery、SQLAlchemy等工具,有完整后端项目落地经验;
5、深入理解至少 2 种以上数据库(MySQL/Cassandra/Redis/MongoDB/DynamoDB)的存储原理与优化技巧,能根据业务场景设计合理的数据存储方案;
6、具备良好的编码习惯,代码结构清晰、命名规范、逻辑性强,注重代码复用与性能优化,冗余率低;

1、熟悉 3D 模型相关知识,对 3D 数据结构、网络拓扑、贴图格式、骨骼绑定有一定了解,能理解 3D 大模型数据处理场景;
