Key Responsibilities
Backend System Development & Functional Iteration
• Take charge of backend architecture design, feature development, unit testing deployment fcore factory business systems (prioritizing MES), based on the Java technology stack.
• Develop customized functional modules according to the demands of production, quality, warehouse other departments, such as production reporting, quality traceability, equipment data acquisition, workder management statistical reporting, to digitize streamline business processes.
• Continuously optimize backend code, database performance interface response efficiency of existing systems; identify resolve system bottlenecks to guarantee high availability stability in manufacturing scenarios.
• Participate in requirement research, technical solution design code review, standardize development processes to ensure code quality, maintainability scalability.
System Integration & Interface Development
• Design develop integration interfaces between MES peripheral systems (including ERP, WMS, QMS, equipment PLC/SCADA, etc.), to realize cross-system data interconnection end-to-end business process linkage.
• Build data interaction interfaces based on RESTful API, message queue other technical solutions, ensuring accurate real-time transmission of production, quality material data across systems.
• Formulate interface specifications joint debugging documents; coordinate with internal external technical teams to complete interface joint debugging, problem troubleshooting version iteration.
• Develop data synchronization logic exception handling mechanisms to ensure data consistency reliability across multiple systems.
Business Support & Data Capability Implementation
• Cooperate with the data analysis team to complete backend development of production data extraction, cleaning calculation logic, providing stable data supply fproduction dashboards, analysis reports visualization tools.
• Develop backend management functions including permission control, process approval, basic data management system configuration, to support refined factory management.
• Provide technical support fbusiness departments IT operation teams; analyze resolve functional performance issues raised by end users.
System Operation & Technical Assurance
• Take responsibility ftroubleshooting, defect fixing emergency response of online production systems; quickly locate resolve failures at backend service, database interface levels, to minimize the impact on production continuity.
• Compile system operation manuals, development documents fault handling playbooks, precipitate technical assets standard operation procedures.
• Participate in formulating IT system emergency plans fproduction scenarios conduct regular drills to improve rapid recovery capability.
Technology Optimization & Project Collaboration
• Follow corporate development specifications code management processes continuously improve code quality R&D efficiency.
• Track the latest trends in Java backend technologies, introduce appropriate technical solutions combined with factory business scenarios to support the continuous upgrading of digital capabilities.
• Cooperate with the headquarters IT team to promote the implementation localized adaptation of digital projects ensure project delivery quality progress.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, Automation related fields.
Experience
1-3 years of Java backend development experience; experience in manufacturing digital projects MES system development is highly preferred; experience in the wire harness automotive components industry is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Java fundamentals object-oriented programming, familiar with JDK 8+ new features, with solid backend development capabilities.
• Skilled in mainstream Java development frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring MVC; experience with Spring Cloud microservice architecture is a plus.
• Proficient inM frameworks such as MyBatis / MyBatis-Plus, experienced in MySQL relational database design, performance optimization complex SQL writing.
• Familiar with common backend technologies: Redis caching, message queues (RabbitMQ / Kafka), RESTful API design, common design patterns.
• Proficient in version control tools (Git) project build tools (Maven / Gradle); understanding of CI/CD processes is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (Vue, HTML, JavaScript) is a plus, with front-end back-end joint debugging experience.
• Experience in industrial data collection, PLC docking industrial Internet related technologies is a strong advantage.
Business Knowledge
• Familiar with basic production operation processes of manufacturing plants; understanding of MES system business logic functional modules is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of lean production, quality management production informatization is an advantage.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle agile development methodologies is preferred.
Soft Skills
• Strong logical thinking problem-solving ability, able to quickly locate analyze technical faults.
• Meticulous, responsible result-driven, able to work under pressure respond to emergency IT issues in production scenarios in a timely manner.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication teamwork skills, able to accurately understbusiness demands deliver targeted technical solutions.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus; basic English Vietnamese communication ability is preferred.
