Security Operations Lead
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC)
Oversee security monitoring, incident analysis, response activities
Act as escalation point fmajsecurity incidents
Guide support SOC analysts, improve response quality efficiency
Maintain continuously improve security tools, processes, playbooks
Work with cross-functional teams to strengthen overall security posture
Requirements
Solid experience in security operations SOC environments
Hands-on knowledge of incident response security monitoring
Experience leading mentoring SOC team members
Familiar with common security tools (e.g. SIEM, EDR, DLP)
Good communication skills in English
