Key Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1. Develop maintain machine vision algorithms fagricultural robot applications;
开发与维护农业机器人领域的机器视觉算法；
2. Track the latest research trends in the field of machine vision, efficiently iterate existing algorithms, continuously improve machine vision performance;
跟踪机器视觉领域的*新研究动态，高效迭代现有算法，持续提高机器视觉性能；
3. Deploy apply algorithms to agricultural scenarios, including fruit vegetable status detection, pest disease detection, etc.;
将算法部署和应用于农业场景，包括果蔬状态检测、病虫害检测等；
4. Design improve deep learning models to provide customers with accurate efficient technical solutions;
设计和改进深度学习模型，为客户提供精准且高效的技术解决方案；
5. Extend efficiently manage datasets falgorithm training, validation, testing;
扩展并高效管理数据集，用于算法的训练、验证与测试；
6. Optimize integrate high-performance machine vision algorithms the robot software framework to improve the display effect of customer data realize real-time application functions;
优化并将高性能的机器视觉算法集成至机器人软件框架中，以提升客户数据展示效果及实现实时应用功能；
7. Support product demonstration business development;
参与相关成果展示，支持业务部门同事开拓客户及合作伙伴；
8. Participate in software documentation version control.
参与软件文档撰写、维护及版本管理工作。
Qualifications:
任职要求：
1. Bachelmaster’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Controls, Electronic Information other algorithm-centric disciplines, PhD degree is a plus; Two years of relevant work experience outstanding fresh graduates;
计算机、数学、物理、控制工程、电子信息或其他视觉算法相关专业，本科及以上学历，博士优先; 两年以上相关工作经验或者特别优秀的应届毕业生；
2. Familiar with C++ and/Python, familiar with one of the mainstream development frameworks such as Pytorch and/Tensorflow;
熟悉C++和/或Python，熟悉Pytorch和/或Tensorflow等主流开发框架之一；
3. Professional experience with image data processing, including an understanding of image transformations, stereo vision, point clouds, etc.
熟悉图像采集与数据处理的基本流程，包括相机的基础参数与原理、图像变换、立体视觉及其他深度计算方法；
4. A good understanding of state-of-the-art machine learning methods including CNN, data augmentation, etc., the ability to keep up to date with new research in this area
深刻理解并掌握当代主流机器学习方法（如卷积神经网络、数据增强等），能够追踪并应用该领域的*新研究成果；
5. Familiar with Agile development, continuous integration (CI) continuous delivery (CD) software development process
熟悉Agile敏捷开发、持续集成（CI）和持续交付（CD）的软件开发流程
6. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices fthe full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operations
熟悉软件工程、软件开发全生命周期的实践，包括编码标准、代码审查、版本管理、构建流程、测试及运维等；
7. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, test software in a fast-paced environment;
能在快节奏环境中高效设计、实现并测试软件；
8. Experience in using Git other code management tools;
具备使用Git及其他代码管理工具的经验；
9. A can-do attitude with great flexibility to balance the quality speed: from quick proof-of-concept work to commercial-grade production software;
拥有积极主动的工作态度，能够在快速原型开发与商业级生产软件之间灵活切换并兼顾质量与效率；
10. Strong communication skills, a good team player, but also capable of solving problems independently

11. This position requires close collaboration with the UK team excellent English is a must.
