Key Responsibilities:

1. Research develop robot autonomous navigation algorithms:
研发机器人自动导航算法：
Design implement path planning obstacle avoidance algorithms, flexibly adjusting algorithm parameters according to different agricultural scenarios operational requirements to continuously enhance the robots navigation performance adaptability.
开发并实现路径规划与避障算法，针对不同农业场景和作业需求，灵活调整算法参数，持续提升机器人的导航性能与适应性。
2. Research develop robot localization algorithms:
研发机器人定位算法：
Responsible fthe development optimization of multi-sensfusion localization algorithms, integrating multi-source data from LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, etc., to improve positioning accuracy robustness.
负责多传感器融合定位算法的开发与优化，融合激光雷达、摄像头、IMU等多源数据，提升定位精度与鲁棒性。
Deeply understapply advanced algorithms such as Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) Simultaneous Localization Mapping (SLAM).
深入理解并应用扩展卡尔曼滤波 (EKF) 和同步定位与地图构建 (SLAM) 等先进算法。
3. Track cutting-edge technologies drive technology pre-research transformation:
追踪前沿技术，推动技术预研与转化：
Stay abreast of the latest research trends in the field of robot navigation localization, conduct technology pre-research, translate research outcomes practical applications.
紧跟机器人导航定位领域的*新研究动态，开展技术预研，并将研究成果转化为实际应用。
Qualifications:
任职要求：
1. Bachelors degree higher in Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, Mathematics, Physics, other algorithm-centric disciplines, PhD degree is a plus; Two years of relevant work experience outstanding fresh graduates;
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、机器人技术、自动化、数学、物理或其他算法相关的专业，博士优先；两年以上相关工作经验或者特别优秀的应届毕业生；
2. Familiar with Ubuntu operating system ROS/ROS2 robotics development frameworks, including simulation frameworks such as Gazebo, Rviz, IsaacSim
熟悉 Ubuntu 操作系统及 ROS/ROS2 机器人开发框架；包括 Gazebo、Rviz 或 IsaacSim 等模拟框架
3. Proficient in C++ Python programming languages with good coding standards;
精通 C++ 和 Python 编程语言，具备良好的编码规范；
4. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, test software in a fast-paced environment;
能在快节奏环境中高效设计、实现并测试软件；
5. A can-do attitude with great flexibility to balance the quality speed: from quick proof-of-concept work to commercial-grade production software;
拥有积极主动的工作态度，能够在快速原型开发与商业级生产软件之间灵活切换并兼顾质量与效率；
6. Strong communication skills, a good team player, but also capable of solving problems independently
拥有优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神，同时具备独立解决复杂问题的能力；
7. This position requires close collaboration with the UK team excellent English is a must.

Nice-to-Haves (Non-Mandatory):

1. Knowledge of computer vision, SLAM, motion planning algorithms.
