Overall Purpose of the Role
职位总体目标
85 Guarantee all of documents fnew process, machine, fixtures development meet IATF16949, VDA6.3, customer requirement, as well meet internal quality standard
确保所有新工艺，设备，工装开发过程中文件符合IATF16949， VDA6.3， 客户要求；同时符合公司内部质量标准
85 Responsible fproduction equipment, automation tooling at the development phase mass production phase;
负责开发阶段与量产阶段生产设备, 自动化和工装夹具；
85 WI, process parameters, etc., to ensure that the requirements are consistent with the actual implementation.
制作并更新作业指导书、工艺参数等，保证各项要求与实际执行一致。
85 New process planning, development achieve project target; handover project to serial production on time
新工艺策划，开发并实现项目开发目标；准时将项目移交量产
85 Excellence communication with sister plant HQ; accuracy, on time response implement activity, technique standard.
和兄弟工厂，总部建立良好的沟通，准确，及时响应执行相关行动及技术标准
85 Excellence communication with supplier understexternal industry to get new knowledge equipment timely.
及时了解外部行业发展，和供应商建立良好的沟通，以便从市场获得*新的知识，装备。
Key Responsibilities
关键职责
85 Responsible fprocess planning flow chart, establish P-FMEA;
负责工艺策划制定工艺路线，完成P-FMEA;
85 Establish the traceability.
建立可追溯性；
85 Maintain process data in K3 management system
维护K3系统工艺数据
85 Add proto process flow chart, Revision of process flow diagram.
增加样件过程流程图,修改过程流程图；
85 Responsible fRFQ process planning, investment information
负责为RFQ提供工艺，投资预算信息；
85 Purchase request of production equipment both at the development phase mass production phase , tooling（jig fixture）. Plan the standardization of tooling.
开发阶段与量产阶段生产设备和工装夹具的请购；规划工装夹具的标准化；
85 WI, which contains basic information such as equipment, molds, materials, processing locations, positioning points. When 1st time producing IE must follow up train operators.
编制作业指导书,需要包含试做的基础信息，如设备，模具，材料，加工位置，定位点等;
85 Process verification of production equipment fixtures, check ppk & cpk, release process. Responsible fexternal communication, fthe acceptance at the supplier.
生产设备和工装夹具的过程验证，检查ppk和cpk，发布流程。 负责外部沟通，并负责在供应商处的验收；
85 the version of mass production WI. Prepare all of documentation during process, machine, fixtures development according IATF16949, VDA6.3
负责量产的初版作业指导书；安照IATF16949, VDA6.3要求编制所有工艺，设备，工装模具开发阶段文件
85 Regular meeting with HQ engineering center reporting work progress
和总部技术中心定期开会汇报工作进度

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications experience levels）
职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）
61 Engineering bacheldegree
工程学士学位；
61 + 7 years experience above as process engineering in automotive industry (Tier-1 supplier)
7年以上汽车行业工艺工程经验（一级供应商）
61 Familiar with IATF16949, VDA 6.3 audit system
熟悉IATF16949， VDA6.3体系
61 Fluent in English
英语流利；
61 Strong working knowledge of 2D 3D CAD
具备2D和3D CAD的丰富工作知识；
61 Technical education in the area of mechatronics, mechanical engineering electro technology
机电一体化，机械工程或电子技术领域的教育背景
61 Be familiar with injection stamping process to be prefer
熟悉注塑， 冲压工艺
61 Be work under strong pressure；
能承受较大的工作压力
