1.客房的清洁和维护。根据规程，每个班次8小时至少打扫11个点的客房。按照指示优先准备所需要的客房。提供开夜床服务，观察规定程序和标准。如有布草，家具，设备丢失的情况，立刻向相关部门报告。需要时及时跟进。无论何时何地需要时，转移家私及器具。
Guestroom cleanliness maintenance. Cleans supplies a minimum of 11 credits per 8-hour shift, according to procedures. Prepares rooms that are blocked foccupancy, prioritizing as instructed. Does turndown service, observing established procedures standards. Immediately reports loss damage of linen, furniture, fixture equipment to concerned areas faction. Follows through on action, as may be needed. Transfers furniture fixture when where needed.
2.清扫楼层指定的公共区域，并且与规定的规程和标准一致。

3.确定清扫的标准，地毯和家具的清洗要使用适当的化学制品和清洗物品；始终紧密的遵守化学制品的处理程序。清洗窗户，墙面，天花板，横梁和模型，要适当的遵守程序和清洁，安全的标准。

Cleans the amenities pantry the end of shift as according to the standard. Ensure the equipment mobile trolley are maintain properly. Prepare submit store requisition, timely accurately.
6.始终保持手推车的整洁和物品的充足。始终保持布草备品室和物品的整洁有序。在下班前向客房部提交工作表。
Keeps trolley neat adequately supplied at all times. Keeps pantry linen supply closet neat in workingder at all times. Submits productivity worksheets to SL – Housekeeping at the end of the shift.
7.向安全部员工或者主管/行政管家报告楼层可疑人员。
