阿克苏诺贝尔氯乙酸化工（泰兴）有限公司，位于长江叁角洲的省级经济开发区——江苏省泰兴市经济开发区，由世界五百强企业阿克苏诺贝尔于1999年独资兴建，总投资2500万美元，产品为氯乙酸和盐酸。阿克苏诺贝尔的是世界*大的氯乙酸供应商，泰兴工厂为中国*大的氯乙酸供应商，在上海设有分公司。
氯乙酸广泛应用于增稠剂，农药，PVC，粘合剂，表面活性剂，化妆品等。在为国内外客户提供优质固体氯乙酸的基础上，应美国斯比凯可公司的需求，泰兴工厂还进行了扩容，通过管道运输方式向其泰兴工厂供应氯乙酸水溶液。
公司采用国际*先进的生产工艺和装置，确保产品的高质、高效。同时关注健康、环保和安全，投入50万美元用于安全卫生设施的建设，采用世界*先进的HSE管理体系，成立了HSE委员会进行相关工作的开展和管理。
2005年，公司一次性通过了质量体系ISO9000， 环境保护体系ISO 14000 和职业健康安全体系ISO 14000的认证。2002年起连续5年被泰兴市环保局评为环保工作先进单位，2004年起连续4年被泰兴经济开发区评为安全生产先进单位，2006年荣获泰州市“绿色企业”称号。自投产以来，连续6年无LTI（Lost Time Injury）。

AkzoNobel Chemicals MCA (Taixing ) Co., Ltd. is located in provincial economic developing zone of the prosperous Yangze Delta - Taixing Economic Developing Zone, Jiangsu Province , which was wholly invested by one of the Fortune 500- Akzonobel in 2002. The total investment is US$ 25 million. It supplies MCA (Mono-chloroactic acid) and HCL for worldwide customers. Akzonobel is the biggest MCA supplier worldwide and the Taixing plant is the biggest MCA supplier in China with a branch in Shanghai.
MCA is widely applied in thickening agents, agrochemicals, thermo stabilizers for PVC, adhesives, surfactants, pharmaceuticals cosmetics. We supply high quality MCA to customers domestically and abroad. On request of US-based Cpkelco Company, we are now increasing our production capability to deliver MCA water impregnant to Cpkelco Taixing plant by pipeline.
We adopt the most advanced manufacturing process and equipment in the world to ensure high quality and efficiency of our production. At the same time we also pay attention to health, environment protection and safety. US$ 500 thousand were invested to establish safety and health instruments. The company has most advanced HSE management system and has set up a HSE committee to implement and manage related work.
The company has passed ISO9000，ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 certification in one time. It was awarded as “Advanced company in environmental protection” by Taixing Environment Protection Bureau in continuous 5 years since 2002 and got award as ”Advanced company in safe manufacturing” from Taixing Economic Developing Zone in continuous 4 years since 2004. It also got award of “Green enterprise” from Taizhou city in 2006. There’s no LTI（Lost Time Injury）since we put into production.
