Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling Import & Export shipment, documentation, Customs system register/entry, ensure accuracy & efficiency.
2. Track status of all shipment, monittake corresponding action to ensure all shipments can be cleared & delivered to warehouse within committed due time.
3. Maintain shipping status in SAP system with a timely manner.
4. Work with finance team, calculate logistics cost feach 3PL respectively PR via SAP.
5. Coordinate among procurement, vendor, 3PL to monitall the shipping process, especially fAOG material.
Preferred Education:
1. University degree college diploma in international trade
Preferred Job Skills Qualifications:
1. Be familiar with the whole import export procedure, inbound/outbound operation in FTZ, working experience with import/export operation.
2. Strong stress resistance ability good problem solving skills
3. SAP/ERP knowledge will be a plus.
4. CET-4 above.
