广西来宾B电厂，位于地处八桂大地中部的来宾市，南接首府南宁，北邻工业城市柳州及风景甲天下的桂林。得益于良好的地理位置和发达的交通体系，来宾市正加紧建设，力争成为广西的能源之都。
广西来宾希诺基发电运营维护有限责任公司是由法国电力集团出资85%、广西电网公司和广西新千年置业有限公司各出资7.5%共同组建的中法合资企业。她向中国电力行业*个BOT项目-广西来宾B电厂提供运营维护服务。来宾B电厂共有两台装 机容量为36万千瓦的燃煤机组。2003年9月，公司通过了ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001的认证。

To its south is the autonomous area capital Nanning, and to the north is the big industrial city Liuzhou and world known scenery area Guilin. For the advantages of its geography status and developed transportation system, Lai Bin is being built heading the goal of becoming a great energy city of Guangxi.
Guangxi Laibin Synergie Operating Maintenance for Generation Co. Ltd. is a joint venture, which is owned by EDF with 85% of share, Guangxi Electrical Power Co. and Guangxi Investment & Development Co. for another 7.5% of share each. It is a service company providing operation and maintenance services to the 2*360MW coal-fired Laibin B BOT Power Plant (BOT means Build, Operate and Transfer). In September 2003, it obtained three certificates for ISO ISO9001(quality)、ISO14001(environment)、OHSAS18001(safety & health).
