Shanghai Dareglobal Information Co.,Ltd (The abbreviation is DareGlobal IT) had been established in 2001.It has the registered capital of RMB300 million, and it is one of the 520 key enterprises in China——one of the four main business areas of the Dare Global Group.

DareGlobal IT has three subsidiaries: Shanghai DareGlobal Technologies, Shanghai Opto-electronics and DareGlobal technology (USA). Their products include broadband access, WLAN, digital Multimedia Terminals, equipments of Network security, optical communications and so on. Now, the company is a well known supplier of Broadband Access devices, digital Multimedia Terminals and comprehensive solutions, with annual revenue of over 2 billion RMB.
