WAHT YOU WILL DO:
• You will support manage compliance with applicable national, provincial, local laws, with company standards, policies, business conduct requirements, by ensuring that all required controls are in place functioning effectively. Work under the direction of, in cooperation with, the EHS&S Manager to meet governmental requirements to keep EHS&S programs current aligned with regulatory updates.
• You will work with the project team on EHS permits fnew projects to meet the legal requirements, lead IH task in whole plant to identify risk make the action fany deviation events
• You will facilitate PEC activity in MU, Support the execution continuous improvement of key EHS&S initiatives requirements including: Ergonomics improvement; Behavioral Safety (Target Zero); Industrial hygiene monitoring/corrective actions; JSA/Risk Assessment; Control of Hazardous Energy; Controls fnew materials, Zero Solvent, Waste to Landfill Environmental Releases; EHS&S audits/corrective actions;
• You will ensure systems are in place to support the generation gathering of data required freport EHS&S metrics/KPIs. Provide support in obtaining any data information required by Global sustainability to respond to customer requests fsustainability data certifications.
• You will train assist plant associates in reporting, investigating recordable near miss Incidents, performing proper root cause analyses to identify CAPAs that will prevent the same incidents in the future. Monittrack completion of CAPAs by responsible parties.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• You with BachelDegree (4 year) in environmental and/safety discipline, engineering technical science, (e.g., chemistry, biology).
• You with minimum of 5 years experience implementing, running EHS&S programs in a large manufacturing facility is preferred.
• You with experience developing EHS&S programs in a manufacturing facility, preferably in a labenvironment.
• You with experience implementing and/sustaining ISO 14001 and/ISO45001 comparable EHS&S management system.
• You with proven track record of successful implementation of EHS&S initiatives.
