We are seeking an analytical detail-driven Change Parts Engineer to support our manufacturing operations by analysing spare partsdered identifying opportunities flocalization. This role bridges operations design: reviewing spare parts data, highlighting cost-saving opportunities, passing structured information to designers ftechnical development. The Change Parts Engineer will also maintain the spare parts database, coordinate with IT to ensure system integrity, support supplier scouting, communicate findings effectively in English with the plants other stakeholders.
Requirements
61 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, related discipline.
61 Strong mechanical knowledge of components, assemblies, tolerances, manufacturing processes (machining, casting, fabrication, etc.).
61 Experience in spare parts management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain coordination.
61 Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP,acle, equivalent) data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, similar).
61 Basic understanding of CAD technical drawings to interpret spare part specifications.
61 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data handling reporting.
61 Good in English (written spoken) with strong communication presentation skills.
61 Experience in supplier scouting, evaluation, collaboration.
61 Experience coordinating with IT fsystem-related issues improvements.
61 Familiarity with localization strategies, vendqualification, cost analysis.
61 Preferred: Priexperience working with international teams, global suppliers, cross-cultural environments.
