Key Responsibilities
Process Leadership: Be a core member of the technical support staff, helping to set the technical direction.
Process Change & Scale-Up: Lead review manufacturing process changes using the Management of Change (MOC) process. Lead necessary process scale-up activities fprojects.
Technical Support: Provide expert technical support fplant contract manufacturing (CM) operations. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement projects.
New Product Introduction: Be a key team member in the new product commercialization process, from early phases to launch. Define implement manufacturing processes to achieve project goals.
Capital Projects: Develop technology plans basic data fcapital projects; may lead small projects support larger ones. Lead startup efforts fnew installations.
Technology Advancement: Support the advancement of process technology help execute the technology roadmap.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree higher in Chemical Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and/capital/improvement projects.
Proven ability to diagnose resolve complex process issues using data-driven analysis.
Experience with Management of Change (MOC) and/Change of Design (COD).
Hands-on experience with DCS/MES systems.
Experience in new product commercialization process scale-up.
Excellent communication skills in English Mandarin.
Strong team player.
