Key Role & Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Sales Production teams to manage all purchased parts services that are required.
2. PO Creation of Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, Consumables
3. Use the MRP driven buyer action report as a tool for: purchasing material, acting on past dueders, acting on poorly scheduledders cancelling unnecessaryders.
4. Evaluate the planning parameters of all relevant items in the MRP system including lead times, safety stocks, pallet quantities, minimumder quantities forecasts.
5.der, process follow-up on thedering of non-inventory non-MRP driven items.
6. Negotiate prices with vendors to receive the best pricing payment terms.
7. Act as a back-up support provide cross functional trainings within the team when needed.
Qualification：
1. Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management related field.
2. Professional Experience
- 1-2 years buyer experience in supply chain is an advantage.
- 1-2 years experience in using SAP system, familiar with Material Master module in SAP.
3. Skill/Knowledge/Ability
- Average computer skills / MS Office applications at the minimum. Proficient in Excel an advantage.
- Above averageal written English communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Willing to work half at night half at day.
