负责从采购端到交付端的过程数字化改造、数据报表与可视化看板的开发和维护，解决产线数据直通的异常问题，确保产线数据的实时准确，提升生产质量和效率，提升产能，降低制造成本，维护生产正常运行。
岗位职责：
1. Based on the business processes of PMC, workshop, warehouse, PLT ME, establish a real-time digital basic database data platform.
根据PMC、生产、仓库、厂务、ME的业务流程，建立动态数字化的基础数据库和数据平台。
2. Design develop relevant business systems, achieve efficient collaboration with systems such as ERP, OA, MES. Design implement reliable integration solutions, including but not limited to: maintaining real-time KPI data querying dynamic historical data based on different dimensions.
设计、开发相关业务系统，并与ERP、OA、MES等系统高效协同，设计并实施可靠的集成方案，包括但不限于：维护实时的KPI数据、根据不同的维度查询动态的数据历史。
3. Develop data reports visual dashboards to provide real-time accurate data support foperational monitoring, decision analysis performance evaluation.
开发数据报表与可视化看板，为运营监控、决策分析与绩效评估提供及时、准确的数据支持。
4. Responsible fthe continuous optimization, performance guarantee stable operation of the data systems, including ERP, OA, MES related business systems.
负责所辖信息系统（含ERP、OA、MES及相关业务系统）的持续优化、性能保障与稳定运行。
5. Prepare technical user documents, conduct training fbusiness users.
编写技术文档与用户文档，并对业务用户进行培训。
6. Track the data industrys technological trends, explore the possibility of enhancing data business efficiency through new technologies, conduct training.
跟踪数据行业技术趋势，探索用新数据技术提升业务效率的可能性。
任职要求：
1. Bachelors degree above, majin computer-related field, over 3 years of experience in business system development, having fully gone through the entire project cycle from requirement analysis to launch. Having experience in the motmanufacturing industry is preferred.
本科学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上业务系统开发经验，完整经历过需求分析至上线的项目全周期，有电机制造行业经验优先。
2. Be familiar with the key business processes understthe basic logic data flow of these processes within the ERP system.
熟悉企业核心业务流程，理解其在ERP系统中的基本逻辑与数据流转。
3. Proficient in at least one mainstream development language (such as .Net, Java, etc.) the basic logic data flow of related frameworks.
精通至少一门主流开发语言（如.Net、Java等）及相关框架。
4. Proficient in database design (MS SQL), with strong skills in SQL writing optimization.
熟悉数据库设计（MS SQL），具备扎实的SQL编写及优化能力。
5. Possess the ability to design data system, be capable of independently completing module development system integration.
