Job Responsibilities:
Responsible fNPI (new product introduction), providing process engineering support to manufacturing with emphasis on safety, process development, improvement optimization aimed at enhancing quality efficiency, increasing productivity, improving yield cycle time, reducing unit cost.
- Strong safety knowledge sense to support operation safety
- Develop lead programs to new product qualifications, improve process capability continuously
-Own new product& process introduction development
- Conduct FMEA, MSA DOE, optimize process parameter/process window.
- Responsible fproduct introduction, including BOM setting up, routine maintenance, unit cost study, SOP WI development etc…
- Lead to solve equipment troubles, cooperate to develop equipment PM, TPM propose an effective available suggestion on equipment alteration.
- Measure improve Ppk fkey process variables.
- Train production personnel on process procedures capabilities.
- Provide daily support to production operation
- Lead related capital investment to support business growth
- Lead implement projects to continuously achieve cost reduction
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Education certification requires bachelor’s degree above, majin Chemical Engineering is preferred.
- 3+ years of coating process equipment, clean room with optically tape coating experience is preferred.
- Ability to apply knowledge skills to improve process, quality, equipment
- Excellent English communication skills: Ability to express ideas both in writtenal communication
- Good project management skills with strong leadership
- Computer skills: Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent cross-functional communication team spirit
- Self-motivated ability to work under high pressure
- Strong data analysis, could use analysis tools such as Minitab expertly.
- Good concept in Lean Continuously Improvement.
