郑州市动漫产业基地简介

郑州市动漫产业基地位于中国郑州信息创意产业园，于2009年3月15日正式挂牌，是郑州市*的动漫产业基地。基地以郑州市48所高等学院的人才资源、*生态示范区的优美环境、省内10亿元的动漫市场容量和毗邻郑州市CBD的商业配套优势为依托，以建设*动漫产业基地为目标，坚持以原创为核心，以服务外包为支撑的发展战略，将逐步建立企业孵化中心、研发中心、展示交易中心和教育培训中心和动漫公共技术服务平台，为入驻企业提供全方位的支持，有效降低动漫企业创业成本和运营成本。
截止目前，河南华豫兄弟动画影视制作有限公司、郑州雪孩子动画制作有限公司、河南泥泥狗动漫制作有限公司、河南貔貅卡通有限公司、郑州麒麟动画影视发展有限公司、河南华豫兄弟新媒体技术发展有限公司、郑州华豫兄弟文化传媒有限公司等7家影视动画公司已经率先抢滩登陆，2009年将完成包括《貔貅的故事》、《雪孩子系列之拯救家园》、《泥泥狗传奇之寻找伏羲山》和《公路Q车吧》等共计1314分钟的电视动画作品，2010年，华豫兄弟动画影视制作公司将制作完成一部90分钟的三维动画电影片，另外，河南华豫兄弟动画职业技术培训学校、中美合资动画公司、郑州梦梦文化传播公司、河南柯艾动漫有限公司等企业也将于近期陆续进驻。届时，郑州市动漫产业基地将成为国内*具规模的三维动画产业集群。

Zhengzhou Animation Industry Base is located in the Zhenghou Information & Creativity Industry Park.Now it becomes the only animation base in Zhengzhou.And base to human resources of 48 tertiary institutions in Zhengzhou,the commercial package of adjacent to Zhengzhou CBD,the state-level ecological demonstration area and the scenic environment of the province,over one billion of animation market could be looked forward. In order to build up a national animation industry base for the objectives, the animation industry base will gradually establish the business incubator center, the R & D center to display ,the trading center , the educational training center and the technical services for public animation platform.So that we can give the enterprises a full range of business support to reduce the animation business start-up costs and operating costs.
There are seven animation companies in the Base till April 15,2009,such as Henan Huayu Brothers Animation Productions Co.,Ltd,Henan Huayu Brothers Culture Media Co.,Ltd,Henan Pixu Cartoon Productions Limited,Zhengzhou Qilin Animation Productions Co.,ltd,Henan Ninidog Animation Films Developing Co.,Ltd,Zhengzhou Snowboy Animation Productions Limited,Henan Huayu Brothers New Media Technology Developing Co.,Ltd etc.At least four Tv series will be produced at the end of 2009,including 《Pixu’s Story》,《The Snowboys series Part One Saving the Home》，《The Ninidong’s legend Looking for Fuxi Mountain》《Highway Motors’Club》.The total length of time will be 1314 minutes. And Henan Huayu Brothers Animation Productions Co.,Ltd will produce a 3D film till the end of 2010.Other four animation companies will move into the animation base in recent days.Then Zhengzhou Animation Industry Base will become one of the most distinguished 3D animation base in China in the near future.
