Company Background
Talent Union Consulting is a headhunting agency remaining active and focus in Greater China, and our HQ office is based in Melboume, Australia. We established the Hongkong office from 2003 and we expand our business in Shanghai from 2006.

We own HR Consulting Service certificate approved by Shanghai Personnel Bureau.

Our Shanghai Office comprises about 15 staff, including 2 partner consultants, 2 team leaders, 5 consultants, some researchers and supporting staff.
Most of them are young professionals, who are passionate with what we are doing.
Based on our rapid growing business in Greater China, we are now looking for a few well experienced headhunters/Recruitment Consultants to join us.

Our corporate culture
If you are a Team leader applicant, you don't need to have existing clients, coz we have enough clients already.
If you are a Consultant applicant, we don't care whether you have a well developed candidate database or not. What we need is only "you" and your hardworking attitude and effective search methodology are.
We also offer systematic training system to potential professionals.
