Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Directin compiling summarizing various internal data to facilitate decision-making within the department.
Help enhance the marketing team’s document management knowledge sharing system within the department.
Assist inganizing coordinating intra- inter- departmental cross-departmental meetings, follow up on the implementation of action items.
Assist in the planning, coordination, execution of international exhibitions projects, monitkey milestones, coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely qulity delivery.
Efficiently handle other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth daily operation of the department.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree above in any discipline. Exceptional English skills with CET-6 above is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess rapid learning ability, good communication coordination skills, strong execution capability, teamwork skills.
