Chef for Danish Embassy in Beijing
The Danish Embassy has a great mix of Chinese and Danish employees, approaching 65 staff in total. You will be part of team of four Chinese staff in the Ambassador’s residence, where most of the official representation at the Embassy takes place.
The Job Responsibilities:
•Chef in the Residence of the Danish Ambassador to China.
•Compose and prepare meals and menus for events taking place in the Residence and sometime at the Embassy.

Your Qualifications:
•Solid experience from hotels or restaurants.
•Ability to cook international and Chinese food.
•Willingness to learn and develop your professional skills, including by learning a few traditional Danish dishes.
•Dedicated to maintain proper hygiene.
•Accounting.
•Ability to cooperate with other members of staff.

Working conditions
•The working hours is 40 hours in average, but will be flexible. It will include evenings and sometimes weekends, but also include compensatory time off during periods where there is no representation.
