成都市中油石油钻采物资有限公司成立于2000年3月，注册资金人民币壹仟万元，主要从事进口石油钻采物资销售及相关技术服务。
Chengdu Zhongyou Drilling & Production Co.,Ltd(CZDPC) was established in March 2000,with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. The main business of the company is cooperating with Baker Oil Tools and promoting BOT business in Sichuan, both sales and relative technical service.

自公司成立以来，独家代理美国贝克休斯公司井下工具在包括中石油西南分公司、四川石油管理局、中石化西南分公司等在内的中国西南地区的销售，先后取得了中国石油能源一号网，中石油西南分公司、四川石油管理局，中石化西南分公司等单位物资网络采购入网许可证。所引进的*井下工具满足西南地区高温，高压，高腐蚀，高产量等恶劣环境的要求,为四川地区天然气的生产做出了应有的贡献.
CZDPC has been the solitary district distributor in Sichuan for Baker Oil Tools since 2000.The main customers are Southwest company of PetroChina,Sichuan Petroleum Administration, Southwest Company of SinoPec,etc. CZDPC has been the membership in the purchasing network of PetroChina, SinoPec. and Sichuan PetroChina Administration. All the supplied equipments to the customers are specially targeted for the high H2S,and HTHP gasfields in Sichuan. The teamwork with Baker Oil Tools in these years has contributed a lot to the gas production in this area.

Starting 2008,based on the strict evaluation, the world-wide top valve manufacturer,CCI Control Components Inc.,authorized CZDPC as its solitary agent in Sichuan,China.From then on, the union began to develop Sichuan marketst through this win-win cooperation.

在执行合同过程中，我公司严格信守诚信***的原则，恪守合同约定.在与贝克合作中,我们遵守付款条款,几乎没有发生过逾期付款的情况,并尽量避免为供货商带来麻烦.在跟客户合作中,提供优质的服务是我们的***考虑,尽量多为客户所想,与外方一起给客户提供***的技术方案.为了满足客户现场对交货期的要求,我们经常安排分批发货.在CPM07-FST15-07US,CPM07-FST15-26US等合同执行过程中,由于客户现场作业急需,我们把合同中约定的海运改为空运方式,尽管我们多付了运输成本,但满足了客户现场作业的需要,让客户满意。这些年来,经过我公司个方面的不懈努力,四川客户对于贝克休斯产品以及我们的服务建立起了较大的信心,因此,才得以把龙岗气田,罗家寨气田,铁山坡气田等井下工具80%以上的完井工具和尾管悬挂器订单给了贝克休斯公司.
Good reputation is the No. one important consideration in our strategy, especially during the execution of contracts, with both the supplier(BOT) and the customers. In cooperation with BOT, CZDPC always try to comply with the terms of the contracts, overdue payment almost has never happened in these years.We do our best to avoid bringing troubles to the suppliers. At the selling end, providing the excellent service to the customers is our top important work. CZDPC considers for the customers as much as we can, helps Baker Oil Tools to provide the best solutions to the customers. To meet the delivery requirment from the field, CZDPC does its best to rquest the shipping forwarder to do partial delivery as soon as the equipments get finished from the plant. In the execution of many contracts like CPM07-FST15-07US, CPM07-FST15-26US,etc, we changed the ocean freight(contract specified) to air freight to meet the delivery requirment from the field, even CZDPC paid more for the freight,but the customer’s operation were not delayed, then they are happy with BOT and CZDPC. With the efforts of CZDPC in various aspects these years, the customers has built big trust with us, and has given 80% plus orders of completion equipments and liner hangers to Baker Oil Tools for Long Gang ,Luo Jia Zhai,Tie Shan Po gasfields ,etc.

成都市中油石油钻采物资有限公司在代理贝克石油工具产品销售的同时，立足于四川地区建立了一支完善的服务队伍，及时快速地为瞬息万变的施工现场提供了服务。我们对客户承诺技术服务人员在得到指令后,12小时内到达现场. 我们的技术服务人员不定期的接受贝克休斯公司的技术培训. 我公司已完成库房面积从200平方米扩大到600平方米的工作,使井下工具的维护保养,试压以及存放产品更为方便。自2005年以来,我公司独立完成的完井工具和尾管悬挂器技术服务达到50多井次,成功率100%. 目前我们公司的服务能力可以同时进行四口井的现场服务. 另外,公司刚购买了面积为2000平方米的办公楼(见附照片),为下一步的发展创造了条件.
To provide quick service for the customers, CZDPC has established a downhole tool service team, and promised to the customer our service hands will arrive the rigsites with 12 hours after we got instructions. Our service hands accept training in BOT once available. CZDPC has just enlarged its warehouse from 200 square meters to 600 square meters, so it will be much more convenient to do the downhole tool maintainance, pressure tests,and stock. Starting 2005 ,CZDPC has finished over 50 service jobs on completion and liner hanger, 100 success ratio. Our service capability is we can do 4 service jobs at the same time. We just bought a new office building(see attached picture) with space of 2000 square meters, this makes it possible for the future development for CZDPC.
