公司简介Brief Introduction自贡武进机器制造有限公司是以武进机器制造中心为基础，吸收合并“自贡诺克阀门驱动装置制造有限公司”而成立的专业化机械制造企业。Zigong Wujin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a specialization enterprise basing on Wujin Machining Centre and Zigong Nouko Actuator Manufacturing Co., Ltd.主要产品：Main Products 1、90度回转及多回转手动系列驱动装置、单双动作气动系列阀门驱动装置、液动系列阀门驱动装置以及气液联动带紧急截断系列阀门驱动装置等。其中手动GH系列、气动KW型和C型拨叉式等大扭矩驱动装置是公司特色产品。1、The Manual Actuators are suitable for valves with 90° open-shut (Quarter Turn) and Multi-Turn type; Single or Double Action Pneumatic Actuators; Hydraulic Actuators and Pneumatic-Hydraulic Actuators with Emergency Shut Down. Our main products are GH serial of Manual Actuators, KW serial of Pneumatic Actuators and C serial Scotch Yoke Type large torque Actuators. 2、特种阀门及管件加工制造。 Special Valves and Pipe Fittings. 3、非标设备制造。 Non-Standard Equipments. 主要设备：Main Manufacturing Equipments公司在拥有车球磨机、2.5米立车、外圆磨床、大型镗床、吊钩式抛丸清理机、插齿机、滚齿机、除尘式砂轮机、整体试压平台、空气压缩机、锯床等的200余台精良生产设备的基础上，还成立了数控加工中心，保证了产品加工精度和零件的互换性。 The company has following equipments for keep the good quality of products: Ball grinding Mill, 2.5 meter Vertical Lathe, Cylindrical Grinding Machine, Large Boring Machine, Hook Type Airless Shot Blasting Machine, Gear Shaper, Hobbing Machine, Dust Type Emery Wheel Machine, Overall Test Equipments, Air Compressor and Sawing Machine etc. The company has CNC Machining Centre for insuring the accuracy of products and keeping the interchangeability of each parts.公司在拥有扭矩速度检测装置、弹簧检测装置、速度检测装置、划格仪、光谱仪、里氏硬度仪、邵氏硬度仪、扭矩测力器、传感器、测厚仪、打标机等配套齐全的检测设备的基础上，还成立了理化实验中心，保证了各道工序的加工质量和零件材质的理化性能。 The company has following completed Test Equipments: Torque Speed Test Equipment, Spring Test Equipment, Speed Test Equipment, Planning Grid Apparatus, Optical Spectrometer, Richter Hardness Tester, Shaw Hardness Tester, Torque Dynamometer, Sensor, Thickness Meter and Marking Machine etc. There has a Physical Chemistry Test Centre for inspecting the quality of machining during processes and the quality of materials of each parts. 质保体系：Quality Warranty System所有产品均按照DAS认证通过的ISO9001：2008进行生产，并可按照美标、德标、日标、英标以及中国的国家标准和行业标准制造加工阀门、管件。 The Quality Warranty System is completed according with ISO 9001: 2008 standard which has been approved by DAS.
