Our Client Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG’s majclient relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves majclients broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.
How you will an impact：
1.Responsible fdeveloping, executing managing company strategy action plan to achieve the production budget engagement target
2.Maintain develop business relationship with appointed brokers/industrial partner/majclient other related business partners
3.Identify prospects majpipeline in particular state-owned enterprises (SOEs) emerging industry client
4.Initiateganize events, seminars, trainings other promotional activities fbrokers external partners in line with company direction
5.Understthe company’s operation procedure ensure the BD operation appropriately align with compliance
6.Company channel portfolio market analysis insurers insurance brokers market info
7.Control expense to ensure operation with limits;
8.Participate in AIG corporate AML training, be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc.
9.Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.
What you’ll need to succeed：
1.University graduate at least with sufficient relevant P&C Insurance and/broker working experience, resources in life insurance industry (reinsurance) will also be evaluated favorably
2.Experienced in servicing dealing with majenterprises accounts/internet industry accounts will be preferred
3.Good learning interpersonal skill, teamwork player
4.High responsibility, resilience self-driven
5.Passion on innovation, patience on delivery
6.Fluent in both spoken written English, overseas business/project experience will be preferred
7.Knowledge insight on P&C insurance overseas business
8.Overall view communication skill fmultiple contacts in complex project
9.Creativity enthusiasm on developing relationship partnership
