一、岗位职责-base肇庆（德庆区域）
1、负责区域未覆盖团点的开拓，根据所辖市场特点，完成社区团长的摸排、拜访开拓、签约、培训及后续的销售提升；
2、负责老团长的维护，结合公司的营销策略和工具，帮助老团长提高销售额和销售件数，达成公司业绩目标；
3、联动后端配送和营运部门做好客户服务体验

2、因为涉及到团长运营，有数据分析能力优先（熟练使用Excel）

职责：区域商户拓展、商务谈判、签约上线、客情维护与运营支持

岗位职责
1. 配合公司高级业务经理、业务经理开展客户拜访、市场拓展，陪同外勤对接客户需求。
Collaborate with senibusiness development managers business development managers to conduct client visits, market expansion, accompany field personnel to address client needs.
2. 负责医疗器械注塑代工业务前期技术对接，与客户工程/采购沟通产品工艺、模具结构、材料、公差及量产可行性。
Responsible fpreliminary technical coordination fmedical device contract design manufacturing (CDMO) business, communicating with client engineering/procurement teams regarding product processes, mold structures, materials, tolerances, mass production feasibility.
3. 协助完成业务前端技术方案整理、需求澄清、图纸初步审核、技术问题反馈与内部同步。
Assist inganizing preliminary technical solutions fbusiness development needs, clarifying requirements, conducting preliminary drawing reviews, providing feedback on technical issues, synchronizing information internally.
4. 承接业务内勤工作：客户资料归档、报价辅助、订单流程跟进、项目台账整理、报表制作及日常业务支持。
Handle day to day business support tasks: archive client documents, assist with quotations, follow up onder processes,ganize project records, prepare reports, provide daily business support.
5. 基础英文邮件往来、文件翻译与简单口语沟通，支持海外及外贸型客户对接。
Manage basic email correspondence, document translation, basical communication in English to support international export-oriented client interactions.
6. 跟进项目前期打样、试模、验证环节，衔接业务端与内部工程、生产、质量部门，提升对接效率。
Follow up on preliminary project stages such as prototyping, mold trials, validation, bridging communication between business teams internal departments (engineering, production, quality) to enhance coordination efficiency.
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，机械制造、模具设计、材料工程、机电一体化等相关技术类专业优先。
College degree above, preferably majors in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mold Design, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, other related technical fields.
2.2–5年工作经验，必须具备医疗器械代工/精密注塑行业相关经验，熟悉注塑模具基本原理、结构、常用材料及生产工艺。
2–5 years of work experience, with mandatory experience in the medical device OEM precision injection molding industry, familiarity with the basic principles, structures, commonly used materials, production processes of injection molds.
3.能看懂机械2D图纸，了解基本公差、尺寸要求，具备基础技术沟通与问题判断能力。
Ability to read mechanical 2D drawings, understbasic tolerances dimensional requirements, possess basic technical communication problem-assessment skills.
4.具备基础英语能力（读写熟练，简单口语即可），可独立处理英文邮件。
Basic English proficiency (proficient in reading writing, simpleal communication), capable of handling email correspondence in English independently.
5.熟练使用Office办公软件，做事细致有条理，可同步承担技术对接与业务内勤工作。
Proficient in Office software, meticulousganized, capable of simultaneously handling technical coordination business support tasks.
6.了解ISO13485、医疗器械行业基本要求者优先录用
Familiarity with ISO13485 basic requirements of the medical device industry is preferred.
7.性格外向、沟通表达清晰，执行力强，能接受短途外勤、客户拜访、出差（江浙沪为主）。
Outgoing personality, clear communication skills, strong execution ability, willing to undertake short-distance fieldwork, client visits, business trips (mainly within Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai).
8.薪资面议，工作地点在苏州或上海，前期需要来常州工厂培训。
Salary negotiable. The working location is in Suzhou Shanghai. Training at the Changzhou factory is required in the early stage.
