bi岗位职责

三江天地公司是专业的IT运维公司，现招聘1名优秀的Zabbix监控运维开发人员，负责监控运维平台的开发和部署。
职位要求：
1、人品正、有上进心、良好的沟通表达能力、学习能力强、对技术有浓厚的兴趣；
2、从事IT数据中心监控运维开发方面工作3年以上，熟悉zabbix的安装和部署以及了解其二次开发相关技术基础；
3、熟练掌握python、shell等；
4、熟悉主流数据库oracle、mysql和sql语句的编写；
5、熟悉使用Linux/Unix操作系统基本的操作命令和基本配置；
6、了解目前市面上主流的中间件，具备基本配置和搭建环境的能力，包括nginx、tomcat、weblogic、websphere、apache等；
7、了解目前市面上主流的数据库，了解基本配置和搭建环境的能力，包括mysql、oracle、redis等；
8、熟悉ITIL、ISO20000等运维体系的优先考虑；
9、熟悉Prometheus的优先考虑。

职责描述：
Engaged in the development of big data processing on the Azure cloud platform
1. Big data analytics reporting
2. Machine learning artificial intelligence
3. Cloud storage design development
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree above, more than three years C#, Azure related work experience.
2. Proficient in SQL script development, at least 3 years of Experience in writing SQL code, good code writing habits
3. Familiarize yourself with the basic concepts, basic configuration, development of the Azure Cloud
4. With Experience developing Azure Data Factory, you can build workflows through ADF
5. Familiar with Azure data development, with practical experience (part) in the following areas: Event Hub, Stream analytic, Azure Sql, Synapse, power shell, data factory, pipeline, app function, Power BI report
6. Understthe data processing process, familiar with ETL, understlambda, have a deep understanding practical work experience in database data warehouse, big data technology
7. Be familiar with SQL, have experience in database performance tuning system performance optimization is preferred.
8. Knowledge of ML relevant work experience are preferred
9. Great team working attitude, strong learning ability sense of responsibility
10. Have good customer facing communication presentation skills
11. Good level of English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, writing
12. Experience in the construction implementation, development of data platform projects is preferred; Microsoft Platform Data Product Certificate is preferred

工作职责:
-负责业务数据的收集、清洗、整合及分析，确保数据准确性和完整性

-搭建并维护BI数据看板，为业务部门提供实时、准确的数据支持

-定期输出数据监控报告，为经营分析及管理层决策提供数据支撑

-参与公司数据治理工作，推动数据标准化和规范化，提升数据质量
任职资格:
-本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先

-具备优秀BI数据运营或经营分析相关工作经验，熟悉数据仓库、数据挖掘和数据分析技术

-熟练掌握SQL、Python等数据分析工具，能够独立完成数据提取、清洗、分析和可视化工作

-具备良好的数据敏感度和业务理解能力，能够从数据中发现问题并提出解决方案

-优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与业务部门紧密协作，推动数据驱动决策的文化
