【岗位职责-中餐厅副理】
1、协助全日餐厅经理管理餐厅日常运营，确保服务流程顺畅，提升顾客用餐体验；
2、监督餐厅员工的工作表现，包括服务态度、操作规范及卫生标准，确保符合酒店要求；
3、负责餐厅排班、培训新员工，并定期组织技能提升培训，提高团队整体服务水平；
4、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，及时解决问题并反馈至管理层；
5、协助控制餐厅成本，包括食材、人力及设备损耗，确保运营效率；
6、定期检查餐厅设施及餐具的完好性，协调维修或更换事宜；
7、参与制定并执行餐厅促销活动，提升营业额及顾客满意度；
8、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；
2、2年以上星级酒店或高端餐饮行业工作经验，1年以上管理岗位经验者优先；
3、熟悉餐厅运营流程及服务标准，具备较强的现场管理能力；
4、良好的沟通协调能力，能高效处理顾客及员工关系；
5、具备团队领导能力，能激励员工并提升团队凝聚力；
6、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应弹性工作时间；
7、熟练使用办公软件，具备基础数据分析能力。
