餐厅迎宾岗位职责

工作职责：
负责餐厅领位的日常管理和运营，确保客人在餐厅用餐的各个环节顺利进行。
监督餐厅的清洁和卫生工作，确保就餐环境整洁舒适。
检查餐厅设施设备的维护和保养情况，及时安排维修和更换，保证设施设备的正常运行。
管理餐厅的库存和物资，包括餐具、食材、酒水等，确保充足的供应且不积压浪费。
与其他部门（如厨房、采购等）密切协作，确保信息畅通，协调解决运营中出现的问题。
与厨师团队合作，确保菜品的质量、口感和呈现符合法国餐厅的标准和特色。
培训员工掌握良好的客户服务技巧，及时处理顾客的投诉和建议，确保问题得到妥善解决。
亲自迎接重要客人，提供个性化服务，营造良好的用餐氛围。
定期收集顾客反馈，分析顾客需求和意见，提出改进措施，以持续提升服务质量。
Job responsibilities：
Responsible fthe daily management operation of the restaurant to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the restaurant.
Supervise the cleanliness hygiene of the restaurant to ensure that the dining environment is clean comfortable.
Check the maintenance of restaurant facilities equipment, arrange repair replacement in time to ensure the normal operation of facilities equipment.
Manage the restaurants inventory supplies, including cutlery, ingredients, drinks, etc., to ensure adequate supply no waste.
Work closely with other departments (e.g. kitchen, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth flow of information coordinate the resolution of operational issues.
Work with the chef team to ensure that the quality, taste presentation of dishes meet the standards characteristics of French restaurants.
Train staff to master good customer service skills, handle customer complaints suggestions in a timely manner, ensure that problems are properly resolved.
Welcome important guests in person, provide personalized service, a good dining atmosphere.
Collect customer feedback regularly, analyze customer needs opinions, propose improvement measures to continuously improve service quality.
岗位要求：
具备酒店餐饮服务或社会高级餐厅服务相关工作经验2年以上。具备良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识。良好的英语和普通话以及书写。对餐饮服务有热情，能积极主动的与客人互动销售酒店的产品。具有国际性酒店同岗位工作经验，优先录取。
Job requirements:
Experience in hotel restaurant service Fine Dining restaurant service at least 2 years.Good knowledge of food beverage service awareness.Oral written fluency in Chinese & English.Have passion ffood beverage service can actively interact with guests to upselling hotel productsInternational hotel experience in the same position is preferred.

工作职责：
1、接听电话和安排预订，进行登记。
2、引导宾客到预订台位，协助服务员为宾客拉椅，铺好餐巾，递上菜单及酒水单。
3、熟悉酒店设施、服务项目、消费场所营业时间等应会内容。了解餐厅经营项目、功能、菜式。以便解答宾客询问。
任职要求：（包吃住）
具有强烈的工作责任心，高尚的职业道德，身体健康，身材匀称，仪表端庄，气质高雅，身高165cm。

岗位职责：
1、在餐厅入口附近岗位迎宾，遇见顾客立刻微笑上前，说“欢迎光临”并为顾客引座；
2、注意保持与门的距离以便迎宾工作的顺利进行；
3、为顾客指明方向。解答顾客基本疑问；
4、餐中为顾客提供及时的服务。
