1. Material development responsibilities with the following tasks
1.) Establish optimize epoxy resin formulation fprocessing;
2.) Collect, test, evaluate functional output from formulation process effectiveness;
3.) Set up standard procedure fformulation build-up;
4.) Set up run prototype of material build up;
5.) Set up upgrade chemical formulation
5. Work with product development engineers to continuously optimize process parameters fapplications;
6. Provide training of chemical / polymerization knowledge timely to
product process development team.
7. Continuously follow up industry trend of glass fiber related formulation,
especially fenvironmentally friendly resource processes.
8. Ensure all related technical deliverables as defined in Product Realization Process are completed effectively to support NPI & Volume Manufacture transition.
9. Ensure technical documentation is established maintained.
Qualification:
- Master degree+, majin Polymer Chemistry chemical relative.
- 7 years+ experience 3 years at least in R&D/NPI epoxy resin based chemical industry.
- Experience of epoxy resin formulation development fglass fiber material application
- Experience with decorative application process will be preferred.
- Knowledge in electronics products reliability tests specification
- Fluent in English Mandarin fboth verbal written communication
- Good analyzing scientific appraising skills;
- Strong communication & project management skills.
- Must have high level of energy; strong execution ability

ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES:
1. Develop/formulate new products as determined necessary by the market group due to changes in raw material availability. Develop manufacturing procedures.
2. Evaluate recommend approval of new raw materials, as well as, adjustments/modifications of raw materials finished product specifications.
3. Coordinate R&D activities with marketing, manufacturing, technical services, quality control health safety departments, as well as, universities, consultants attorneys.
4. Maintain complete, permanent records of all work performed results obtained. Effective communication with MCC worldwide laboratory managers – USA, Europe & India.
5. Able to rise above assist with the transformation of apathetic unbelieving mind set’s drive towards new company objects that meet exceed customer market expectations. Champion of change continuous improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Requires a Baccalaureate degree in chemistry seven years+ related laboratory experience in the metalworking related industry.
2. Has demonstrated competence to research new applications of products to develop new improved production methods.
3. Works with considerable independence.
4. Extensive experience knowledge sufficient to be regarded as a resource to the Corporation in a particular field product line.
5. Collaborates in the application of standard project management practices.
6. Manages several phases of project work, determining actions timing.
7. Takes the lead working with others to identify address potential project obstacles.
8. Manages the documentation internal reporting on projects related work.
9. Must be able to perform standard procedures independently, interpret, report results.
10. Seeks solutions to complex problems.
11. Has exhibited creativity ingenuity.

任职要求：
