accountant岗位职责

1. Retail store related tasks
-Double check juniaccountant’s work, ensure all bookings are correctly timely.
-Support the period-end close, including bookkeeping AP/AR cut off retail expense accrual & adjustment etc.
-Perform the B/S analyst report to collaborate with internal team on pending issues follow.
2. Others
-Be a contact window to communicate with responsible stores brand.
-As Tax runner fretail company legal entities.
-Participate in stock-take prepare reports
-Any other ad hoc assignment.

-It is better to continuously seek execute improvement on efficiency effectiveness

-Luxury, consulting, brdistribution Retail.

Necessary Knowledge Experience to be able to do the job
-2+ year accounting finance experience has experience in AP/AR

Education Certification Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree above in accounting equivalent
-Basic English skill - both verbal written communication
-Governmental Account Qualification. Accounting tax related qualification certificates is preferred.

Job Specific Technical Requirements
-Experience in SAP
-Good MS office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
-Willing to take handle challenge.
-Independent, self-motivated, detail/resultiented hardworking.
-Effective communication skill
-Good adaptability learning ability, sense of responsibility.
-Be flexible to take multi tasks be able to work under pressure.

岗位职责
1.做好酒店的食品、饮料和其它物品的成本控制。
2.审核每天的收货单，按入库货物的种类入帐，并编制记帐凭证。
3.审核每日的领料单，按照出库货物的种类入帐，并根据各部门领货数量、金额等资料编制记帐凭证。
4.审核库房转来的报损单，找出原因报财务总监。
5.按照酒店的规定复核高级职员和有关人员的工作餐及洗衣费用和宴请单，其费用记入相关部门。
6.按期编制每日成本报告，.汇总食品成本和饮料成本及分析报告报财务总监。
7.每月期未结帐，对库存的物品、食品、饮料等进行盘点。保证成本真实准确。
任职资格
1.财务管理专业学历。
2.根据酒店经营需要，有效进行科学的成本测算。
3.对财务各项指标具有一定的敏感力。
4.能对成本核算指标进行针对分析并合理提供合理的建议。
5.熟练掌握并使用财务核算软件。

Job Description：
1. Monthly financial close overall control；

4. Monthly various finance analysis report prepares；
5. Daily expense control / expense related problem solve;
6. Monthly/ yearly local tax declaration, monthly tax report update;

8. Year end audit related document prepares；
9. Other work arranged by line manager.

Job Requires:
1. Bacheldegree above in Accounting& Financial Management;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing factory;
3. CET 4 above, familiar with SAP proficient in Excel;
4. Strong ability in financial reports filling variance analysis, strong sense of responsibility, good about teamwork communication can work under high pressure etc..
