地产评估岗位职责

Responsibilities:
- Support HOD in developing valuation project opportunities
- Project management and/proposal preparation management from conception to completion of deliverables project closing
- Enhance the market reputation of Colliers by optimizing response strategies, elevating the quality of report deliverables
- Lead the team to deliver high value-added valuation services to clients, achieve business objectives maximize the profitability of the team
- To participate in valuation surveying projects to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy
- To conduct site visits in all China provinces to collect data fpreparation of valuation advisory projects
- To ensure compliance of ISO standards
- To retain existing clients maintain good client relationships


Qualifications:
- University degree in Real Estate, Economics related disciplines preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant valuation consultancy experience with experience in pre-IPO, IPO, REITs, relevant market study/research is an advantage
- RICS qualification other related professional qualifications such as CREA, CREV CPV is an advantage
- Abundant knowledge/experience in China’s real estate market
- Excellent writing communication skills (Both Mandarin English)
- Detail-minded independent
- Able to work under pressure willing to travel
- Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint

具有房地产估价师/资产评估师执业资格及从业经验，负责房地产资产、土地等评估工作组织对接、审核、撰写等工作

工作职责：
1、核实房产证、预估、照片、查勘表等资料的真实性；
2、对照查勘照片、确认户型是否跟预估备注的一致，协作询价员确定价格是否合理；
3、完成各类报告制作、初审；
4、制作过程中不断完善线上报告模板和OA的问题；
5、协作同事做好统计表和数据统计；
6、完成主管和领导安排的其它工作
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，土地资源管理，资产评估等房地产相关专业；
2、了解福州房地产市场、熟悉房地产估价规范和基本术语标准优先；
3、熟练掌握各类办公软件。
