4).负责协助其他部门工作 保证生产工作正常进行。
Responsible fassisting other departments to ensure the normally production.

1).从事2年以上相关实践工作经验。
Over 2 years related work experience.
2).电气设计专业及相关专业。
Majin electrical design related.
3).熟悉Siemens/ Mitsubishi 等产品技术选型。
Familiar with Siemens/ Mitsubishi product selection.
4).熟悉TIA全系产品的产品选型。
Familiar with the selection of TIA products.
5).熟练掌握E-plan和 AUTO-CAD 等画图工具。
Familiar with E-plan AUTO-CAD tool.
6).英语水平良好。
English Skill.
7).有良好的团队意识。
Have a good sense of teamwork.

Your mission / 工作职责
• Responsibility fthe development, design, optimization of fluidic & pneumatic components & systems fprinting industry applications. e.g. compressor, pump, blower, fan, filter, valve, cylinder etc.
负责印刷行业应用的流体和气动元件及系统的开发、设计和优化。例如压缩机、泵、鼓风机、风扇、过滤器、阀门，气缸等
• Independently undertake the design, R&D optimization, including scheme demonstration, fluidic & pneumatic design, structural design, 3D modeling detailed drawing design, to ensure the rationality, advancement of the design scheme compliance with international standards.
独立进行设计、研发和优化，包括方案演示、流体&气动设计、结构设计、3D建模和详细图纸设计，以确保设计方案的合理性、先进性及符合国际标准
• Participate in the whole process of new product R&D, including market demanalysis, technical feasibility demonstration, prototype production, performance testing, technical improvement mass production transformation, timely solve core technical problems in the R&D process, ensure the timely implementation of R&D projects.
参与新产品研发的全过程，包括市场需求分析、技术可行性论证、原型试制、性能测试、技术改进及批量生产转化，及时解决研发过程中的核心技术问题，确保研发项目按时实施
• Compile improve technical documents such as product design specifications, calculation reports, BOM lists process documents, strictly follow the companys technical standards international industry norms, ensure the standardization, completeness accuracy of technical documents, be responsible fthe filing management of technical documents.
编写和完善技术文件，如产品设计规范、计算报告、物料清单和工艺文件，严格遵循公司的技术标准和国际行业规范，确保技术文件的规范性、完整性和准确性，并负责技术文件的归档和更新管理
• Cooperate with the international R&D team to carry out technical docking exchanges, participate in technical training project cooperation of the German headquarters, be responsible fthe transformation implementation of domestic foreign technical achievements, promote the integration of product technology with international standards.
与国际研发团队合作，进行技术对接和交流，参加德国总部的技术培训和项目合作，负责国内外技术成果的转化和实施，推动产品技术与国际标准的融合
• Cooperate with production, purchase, quality, sales & service teams to provide technical support fprototype products, participate in installation commissioning, fault diagnosis, collect customer feedback convert it product improvement suggestions.
与生产、采购、质量、销售和售后团队合作，为原型产品提供技术支持，参与安装和调试、故障诊断，收集客户反馈并将其转化为产品改进建议
• Participate in the review of design schemes technical documents, put forward professional improvement suggestions, promote the optimization of design processes, improve R&D efficiency product quality.
参与设计方案和技术文件的评审，提出专业改进建议，推动设计流程优化，提高研发效率和产品质量
• Participate in the evaluation selection process of new suppliers, including audits of their technical capabilities, production equipment, quality management systems, etc. Develop supplier evaluation criteria processes in accordance with the companys product requirements technical standards.
参与新供应商的评估和选择过程，包括技术能力、生产设备、质量管理体系等方面的审核。根据公司产品需求和技术标准，制定供应商评估标准和流程。

Your profile / 任职要求
• Education background: Bachelors degree above in Fluid Penumatic Mechanics, Mechanical Design Manufacturing Automation, Energy Power Engineering other related majors; Masters degree above is preferred, those with overseas study experience relevant learning experience in German manufacturing are preferred.
学历：流体力学、机械设计与制造及自动化、能源与动力工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；硕士及以上学历者优先，有海外留学经历或德国制造相关学习经历者优先
• Work experience / 工作经验: More than 3 years of independent design R&D experience; those with design experience in high-end industrial products German brproducts are preferred.
三年以上独立设计与研发经验；有高端工业产品和德国品牌产品设计经验者优先
• Professional skills / 专业技能:
o Proficient in using 2D/3D design software such as UG, able to independently complete product modeling, drawing modification; proficient in using fluid simulation software (ANSYS, Fluent, etc.) to complete fluidic simulation, structural strength check performance optimization.
熟练使用2D/3D设计软件如UG，能够独立完成产品建模、绘图和修改；熟练使用流体仿真软件（ANSYS、Fluent等）完成流体仿真、结构强度检查及性能优化
o Master the basic principles design methods of fans, compressors pumps, be familiar with relevant international industrial standards, be able to complete fluidic/pneumatic calculation structural strength check independently.
掌握风机、压缩机和泵的基本原理及设计方法，熟悉相关的国际和行业标准，并具备独立完成流体/气动计算和结构强度校核的能力
o Deep understanding of technical product development quality assurance, manufacturing, assembly processes, high level of cost awareness.

o Competence in project management routine in managing complex development projects, a structured, solution-oriented way of working a high degree of initiative.

o Good English listening, speaking, reading writing skills, able to independently read write English technical documents, proficient in technical communication cooperation with the German headquarters international teams; those who master German are preferred.

该岗位为3年期的岗位，支持博茨瓦纳Khoemacau铜矿扩建项目。
The Electrical Engineer will use their design, maintenance, operations experience to review and/generate designs, provide technical input guidance undertake inspections to ensure works performed by consultants contractors are in accordance with the scope of the project to ensure the works are designed to MMG-Khoemacau, Botswana international standards regulatory requirements. Additionally, the incumbent will work in multidisciplinary teams to collaborate with professionals from other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical engineering.
Accountabilities:
• Responsible frisk identification, safety practices, environmental, security quality management of the Zone 5 mining project during construction operations.
• Adhering to the company’s SHEC policy, procedure Code of Conduct acting as conduit to suppliers, contractors.
• Developing an understanding of the specific electrical engineering requirements per project.
• Providing technical support fvendors, field mechanical personnel, engineering subcontractors as related to inquiries.
• Undertaking electrical analysis, engineering design as required to support the project
• Developing scopes of work cost estimates supporting fthe project as required
• Developing commissioning operational readiness plans supporting particularly with input to electrical systems
• Assisting with commissioning of individual equipment unit plant areas
• Using your knowledge, education experience with renewable energy systems, identify, scope assisting in renewable energy initiatives
• Maintaining project-specific requirements while applying general knowledge of mining processing systems, equipment project general specifications standards.
• Identifying mitigating risks related to cost, schedule, technical performance, feasibility logistics.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, standard operating practices, the Code of Conduct.
