electrical engineer岗位职责

岗位职责：
1.电气控制工程设计，电气方案设计、图纸绘制、部件选型，安装调试；
2.指导生产现场的电器安装；
3.推动降低生产成本和提高工作效率的持续改进工作；
4.实施新产品的电器技术文件的转化，样机试制参与并处理电器故障，提出改进建议；
5.协助供应链开发，电器外购部分供应商评估，以及外包部分技术引进和转化；
6.支持公司数字化、智能化以及自动化发展。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化或机械类专业，2-3年机械制造行业电气自动化工作经验；
2.熟悉掌握低压电器，变频器，PLC等当前主流电气控制产品的性能及应用；
3.熟悉产品电气控制设计规范和制造流程；
4.熟悉自动化、智能化和数字化发展模式，了解未来发展趋势；
5.较强的责任心、良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力；
6.良好的英语读写、口头表达能力。

工作职责：1. You will be part of Transformer Components business lead the creation development of design specifications, models, engineering artifacts, such as technical provision,der technical specification test instruction also conduct design reviews verifications implement necessary modifications.
2. You will support R&D initiatives with our Global Technical Center ensure design milestones are met, projects are delivered on time also conduct risk assessments perform FMEA to develop mitigation strategies.
3. You will identify opportunities fdesign improvements, perform DtV activities, collaborate with marketing product management to develop customer-centric solutions also work closely with the supply chain team to ensure manufacturability cost-
effectiveness.
4. You will evaluate materials components, foster a collaborative innovative team environment assist in reviewing understanding contract technical requirements related to design projects support production quality issues solution.

任职资格：1. You hold a bachelor’s degree above, majin Electrical Mechanical Engineering.
2. Required with 1-3 years design experience related to electrical products.
3. Power transmission distribution, transformers components knowledge are preferred.
4. Skills in Creo is a must, knowledge on Windchill simulation tools such as Ansys, ACE, COMSOL are preferred.
5. Good communication with people, teamwork spirit.
6. Fluent in English, good at reading written English. Goodal English level is preferred.
