gis岗位职责

1.任职要求：（1）45岁及以下，大专及以上学历，有电力设备生产、售后、设计等行业经验；（2）5年以上产品的检修、试验工作经验；（3）良好的商务沟通能力、现场解决问题的能力；（4）了解开关设备行业前沿技术信息发展动态；（5）推动公司专业技术创新和发展及人才队伍的培养。2.岗位职责：（1）负责变电站开关设备的安装、试验、检修、技改；（2）了解产品的试验项目、熟悉断路器、电缆终端、避雷器等试验项目；（3）了解产品各部分装配要求，检修产品时能按工艺要求进行拆和清理；（4）熟悉产品检修工作中一次和二次内容；（5）掌握500以上电压等级产品安装、检修工作程序、工艺流程。（6）熟练编写“四措两案”，具备故障问题分析、判断、和解决能力。

1、根据公司的任务安排，按照流程规范、有计划的完成现场调试，解决现场发现的问题，保证产品顺利投入运行，并确保客户满意；2、在现场调试、处理现场问题过程中，通过与客户交流搜集客户需求或竞情，以实现我司产品的不断完善，提升产品的稳定性和竞争力。任职要求：1、大专及以上学历，电力相关专业者优先；2、1年以上相关行业工作经历，条件优越者可放宽限制；3、具有电力行业专业知识，了解客户，熟悉行业概况和特点；4、具有变压器产品中压柜敞开式设备任意一种产品或多产品安装调试经验；5、具有良好的沟通协调能力、信息收集和分析能力、抗压力等6、适应长期出差（出差会有差旅补贴！！）

主要职责Essential responsibilities duties:
• 现场物流主管须管理从收货到运货的内部货物流动; The role of a ShopfloLogistics Supervisis to manage the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping;
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
• 确保客户交付：监控程控装置，监管准备情况和成品装车，追踪装运，沟通所有装运故障，追踪检查客户交错货物的金额并帮助减少该类损失; Ensure customer delivery: feed monitthe sequencer, supervise preparation loading of finished products trucks, track shipments, communicate all shipment failures, implement customer mis deliveries per Million (MPM) follow up contribute to its reduction.
• 确保提供足够的生产线：确保库存区的清洁整洁，确保生产线的进料（小型培训），监管货物卸载并计算供货商的MPM，管理分拣区的报警系统; Ensure adequate production lines supplies: assure the cleanness tidiness of stocking areas, ensure feeding of production lines (small train), supervise the unloading of pieces measure suppliers MPM manage a warning system in picking zone.
• 实施物流基础操作：预订业务、可追踪性、标记、集装箱管理等; Conduct the implementation of logistics basics: booking operations, traceability, labelling, container management, etc.
• 监控可视管理系统：调配可视先进先出(FIFO) 并安装物理报警系统; Monitvisual management system: deploy visual First In First Out (FIFO) install physical alert systems;
• 组织设备和人力资源;ganize equipment human resources
• 寻求生产率增益; Look fproductivity gains;
• 管理、培训和指导物流团队; Manage, train coach logistics operators team.
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
• 教育背景/Education: 本科学历及以上 Bachelors degree above
• 经验/ Experience: 在工业环境中生产方面的工作经验 Experience in production in an industrial environment
• 熟悉精益生产,工艺工程,IATF16949体系,目视化管理;Familiar with lean production, process engineering, IATF16949 system management, visual management.
• 具有团队精神,沟通协调能力;Team player, good communication coordination skills.
• 快速解决问题的能力Ability to solve problems quickly
• 语言能力/Language: 英语CET4级以上，听说读写满足工作要求English CET4 above, listening, speaking, reading writing to meet the work requirements.
