【要求】
1.本科及以上学历；学习能力强、工作积极主动、思路清晰，
2.2年或以上外企耗材或者设备销售经验（外科、高耗经验加分）
3.稳定性较好，大客户经验丰富，
3.有一定跟台经验
进行客户拜访，做好产品培训及相关研讨会等工作。
了解市场同类产品相关信息及市场动态
做好每周/每月的销售分析和总结,与上级有积极的沟通完成销售任务，
时时分析工作中不足之处并予以改进

1.     Meets with VIP guest arrivals on behalf of management.
代表管理层迎接VIP宾客到店
2.     Aware of all arrivals departures FIT, groups especially VIP guests special attention guests.
掌握全部预抵及离店FIT、团队特别是VIP宾客的详细资料并对宾客悉心照顾
3.     Coordinate with reservation regarding group check in, cancellation reservation on hand, etc.
与预订部门协调团队入住、预订取消等事宜
4.     Authorize coordinate VIP standards.
制定并调整VIP接待标准
5.     Daily check any 6 pm arrival outstanding departure.
每日查看晚于六点的预抵以及延迟退房状况
6.     Prepare monthly report reviewing achievements assessing improvements as well as reviewing guest statistical data.
准备月度业绩报表以及评估改进报表并审核宾客统计数据
7.     Ensure effective networking communication with outside bodies inder to inform them of room availability.
确保与第三方组织保持高效沟通以随时告知其客房可卖情况
8.     Ensure all credit adjustment rebates are correctly accounted recorded.
确保所有信用卡账目调整以及扣减操作正确并详细记录
9.     Ensure all master folios are checked before end of the shift.
确保班次结束前检查全部相关账目
10.   Prepare necessary room voucher other information ffollowing day’s business.
根据当日业务需求准备必要的房券及其他信息
11.   Ensure night audit streams are administrated efficiently correctly according to hotel procedure policy.
确保根据酒店相关规章制度进行夜审
12.   Ensure room keys are checked secure.
确保房卡已被妥善查验并安全放置
13.   Maintain a log of all odd strange things that happened during the shift fFront Office Manager to review.
将当班期间全部异常事件记录在案以便前厅部经理查验
14.   Develop maintain good relation with hotel guests.
与酒店宾客维持良好关系
15.   To be available in the lobby area during the absence of Lobby Host.
在宾客接待员缺岗期间履行其职责
16.   Maintain controls the use of luggage room to ensure complete accuracy.
维持并控制行李房的使用以确保其状态良好
17.   Instruct Bell Attendant of all hotel events, facilities services ensures they can provide this information to guests.
告知礼宾员酒店中所有活动、设施以及服务并确保其可将相关信息告知宾客
18.   Coordinate with z-line ensure all incoming calls inquiries are handled promptly.
与宾客服务部门协调确保全部来电及宾客要求均被妥善处理
19.   Ensures guests luggage, letters, faxes messages are delivered collected as required.
确保根据要求接收并运送宾客行李、信件、传真以及留言
20.   Oversees the lobby area, reporting defects i.e. cleanliness, furniture, flower/plants etc.
巡视大堂区域并汇报任何出现的问题，例如：清洁状况、家具摆放、鲜花绿植
21.   Ensure that all incoming fax messages are handed delivered to the guests immediately.
确保所有传真及信息及时并迅速地转交给客人
22.   Represent the management during the shift.
当值期间履行管理人员职责
23.   Understthe role in case of Emergency such as Fire, Bomb Threat, Flood, etc.
了解在紧急情况下的岗位职责，例如：火灾、炸弹威胁、洪水等
24.   Run night audit make send out relevant reports during night shift.
夜班经理根据程序过夜审并发送相关报告。
25.   Control Host House Bank.
监控宾客接待员备用金
26.   Responsible fin room Deposit Box Safe Deposit at Front Office.
负责管理客房内及前台保险箱
27.   Handle other duties given by Front Office Manager.
完成前厅经理交于的其他职责
28.   Coordinate with Driver to ensure the transportation bookings are handle correctly.
与酒店司机协调确保所有租车预订被很好的解决
29.   Check Front Office staff grooming in daily basis.
