国际物流操作岗位职责

您的岗位职责：
1、独立操作海运业务，包括订舱，报关、报检、货物跟踪等相关业务；
2、维护订舱客户，与客户、船公司等保持良好的沟通，同时安排好与船公司、报关行、车队、堆场等各方面事宜；
3、完成公司安排的其它工作，遇突发状况能够有效及时的协调解决。

工作时间：8：30-17：30（周末双休）；
工作地点：山东省烟台市开发区长江路28号华新国际商务大厦1301室。

职责描述：
1）负责空运或海运进/出口操作，跟踪进/出口各环节及海外跟踪，有与海外代理沟通的经验及能力，保证货物顺利发运；
2）负责系统数据录入，账单制作结算及项目报表统计，及针对公司内部和客户的季度汇报工作；
3）维护客户关系，尤其是公司大客户业务操作，善于主动分析问题解决问题。
职位要求：
1）进/出口货代行业1年以上从业经历，熟悉货代操作；
2）本科以上学历，具备一定的英文读写能力；物流、国际贸易或英语等相关专业优先；
3）沟通协调能力强，能与同事、客户保持良好沟通，有团队协作能力和集体荣誉感；
4）工作责任心强，有较强的抗压能力。
上班时间：9:00-11:45 13:00-17:30
周末双休，六险二金

Job Responsibilities:
1. Deeply explore market trends, actively develop new routes carrier service suppliers, airline company，maintain long-term relationships with existing carriers, expbusiness channels.
2. Establish strong cooperative relationships with domestic international suppliers partners, optimize supply chain resource allocation, improve service quality competitiveness.
3. Run the entire process of international freight forwarding in an efficient smooth manner.
4. Build manage a 3–6-person international freight forwarding team, set team goals, work plans, performance evaluation systems to enhance overall team capabilities collaboration, creating a high-performance team.
工作职责：
1. 深入挖掘市场趋势，积极开发新航线、航司及承运服务供应商，维护现有承运商长期合作关系，拓展业务渠道。
2. 与国内外供应商及合作伙伴建立稳固的合作关系，优化供应链资源配置，提升服务质量与竞争力。
3. 高效顺畅地运作国际货运代理全流程。
4. 组建并管理3-6人的国际货运团队，制定团队目标、工作计划及绩效考核体系，提升团队整体能力与协作效能，打造高绩效团队。
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry (priority to candidates experienced in forwarding between China different countries) . Proficient in the full process of international freight forwarding, with in-depth knowledge of sea, air, ltransportation methods;
2. Strong analytical mindset negotiation skills;
3. Strong understanding of the market: international trade regulations, customs policies, freight insurance players.
4. Strong risk management awareness problem-solving abilities.
5. Fluent in English, especially in reading, writing skills, able to communicate seamlessly with international partners colleagues from the foreign headquarter.
