Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to bridge business needs technical delivery. You will work with stakeholders across departments to elicit, analyze, document, prioritize requirements, then collaborate with product team, architect to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders (leadership, operations, clients) to elicit, clarify, validate business needs via interviews, workshops, process walks.
• Analyze current-state (“as-is”) processes, identify gaps/inefficiencies, design future-state (“to-be”) workflows with clear business cases.
• Translate business needs structured requirements: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process/data models.
• Manage prioritize product backlogs (Jira/Azure DevOps), ensuring requirements are testable, traceable, aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business IT, facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, ensure shared understanding.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, risk assessment fnew initiatives system changes.
• Regularly sort out project progress, data results, compile project status reports, deliver regular progress updates project analysis reports to stakeholders executive leadership, respond to business management demands in a timely manner.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree above
Experience
• 3 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst
• Proven experience delivering requirements fsoftware/IT projects in Agile and/Waterfall environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics
• Familiar with IT project budget management, resource scheduling scope control processes.
• Possess excellent cross-department communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving emergency response capabilities, able to coordinate multiple resources to promote project landing efficiently.
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering & documentation: user stories, BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, similar tools.
Soft Skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication, both Chinese English; able to present complex ideas clearly to both business technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective stakeholder management & facilitation skills; ability to lead workshops resolve conflicts.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
• Certifications: PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP,acle).

Position Summary:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders technical teams. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, design support, testing coordination, post-implementation support.

• Continuously optimize business processes propose improvements to enhance efficiency user experience.
• Stay informed of industry trends emerging technologies to provide innovative solution recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a related role, preferably with experience in large-scale system implementations.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, etc.
• Proficient in English communication across all four skills: listening, reading, speaking, writing
