manufacturing engineer岗位职责

1.Organize relevant teams to review evaluate the ECN/PCN change；
组织相关团队进行变更评审；
2.Lead ECN/PCN approval follow up release frelated documents;
主导ECN/PCN批准，并跟踪影响文件的更新及发放；
3.Track the status progress of WIP inventory, change implement;
跟踪在制品，库存品的处理，及新状态导入切换
4.Cross department communication coordinate: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality, production, other departments to ensure changes implementation; Regularly report the progress of changes share the progress with teams;
跨部门沟通协调：与工程，制造，质量，生产等部门密切合作，确保变更有效落实；定期跟踪变更进展，与相关团队分享变更进展；
5.Define process both new current to ensure the productivity,quality,safety,scrap,downtime goals are meet focus on continous improvement of these areas
量产及新项目工艺定义，以确产能、质量、安全、报废和停机等指标的完成，并达到持续改进
6.Define optimise machine CDC ensure the process under control
参与设备标准的制定和优化，确保工艺流程可控
7.Direct shopfloproblem solving activities customer complains
主导产品/工艺问题和客户抱怨问题的解决
8.Ensure production process meets all customer specifications
确保产品和工艺满足客户要求
9.Review all documents regarding the production prcess as process layout,PFMEA,WI, process parameter, process flow charts, initial capability studies etc.
评审和更新生产工艺相关文件，工艺布局，PFMEA, 工艺参数，流程图，产能分析等
10.Participate in new machine process design with IE, make sure project MP successfully
与IE一起参与新设备和新供应商的学习，确保项目顺利量产
11.Train all assembly personnel in the assembly process technician person when new machine process loading
新设备或者新工艺进厂后，对技术员及作业员进行培训
12.Protect company project inforamtion security
保护公司产品和信息安全

Requirements:
Bacheldegree in electromechanical is preferred/本科及以上学历,机电相关专业毕业优先
At least 3 years related working experience/3年以上相关工作经验
Knowledge of drawing design/设计及图纸相关知识
Familiar with automotive internal assemble, exg.laser welding，ultrasonic welding，screwing，depanel/熟悉汽车内饰装配，如焊接，热熔，分板，打螺钉工艺
Knowledge of injection mould/注塑及模具知识
Familiar with office software/ know electric/熟悉办公自动化的相关的应用软件/能够看懂电气图纸
Teamwork./Communication skills/团队合作，沟通技巧

We are looking fa new colleague in the ME Dept. at our location in Zhangjiagang.
 
Your tasks:
·   Make sure production line running as target CT solve process issue fproduction.
·   Lead continuous improvement activities fproduction to improve manufacturing cost.
·   Maintenance documentations like PFMEA, WI, changeover, mistake proofing so on with the initiative from Regional IE.
·   Responsible fnew project launch, meet cmk / CT / poka-yoke / document /operators training, etc. requirement.
·   Cooperate with Regional IE to complete machine concept, layout. To be involved with new equipment procurement pre/final acceptance receive from Regional IE after SOP.
 
Your profile:
·   Bachelors degree above in mechanical engineering Industrial Engineering.
·   Min. 5 years’ solid experience in assembly process as process engineer in automotive industry, shock absorber assembly process would be preferred.
·   Good experience in assembly process, press to fit, torque tightening, mistake-proofing tool/fixture design.
·   A team player with goodganization skills.
·   Shock absorber production knowhow would be much preferred.
