Description:

Purpose of the job:
From program award until handover to production site, the program manager has the overall responsibility of the program in all aspects:
• Lead program team as functional manager, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Meet financial targets (Operating Income, Cash, Internal Rate of Return, Upfront…)
• Ensure customer satisfaction (timing, quality, costs, product performance…)
• Plan execute all activities which contribute to program success
• Anticipate drive proper Risk Management
• Ensure compliance code of ethics code of management escalate non-compliance items according to guidelines
• Protect Faurecia interests image

Responsibilities:
(S)he has to:
• Secure staffing of the Program Team on time
• Build monitMaster Schedule
• Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps cascade program objectives assignments to team members
• Use Business Plan to monitpermanently convergence to financial expectations
• Manage the core team ensure cooperation with the functions the plant(s),
• Apply Program Management System (with successful on time achievement of work packages, mandatory deliverables key program milestones)
• Identify risks opportunities. Ensure risk management alert process.
• Arbitrate top issues internally externally within the program,
• Act as official Faurecia Program representative towards the customer to support its expectations while preserving company from risk exposure (like Engineering Change, planning…)
• Support take the lead of commercial negotiations fcontract evolutions
• Communicate report relevant program status to secure proper management support on program issues
• Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs’ performance

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:

Education:
• Masters degree in engineering in business administration

Experience:
• Experience in Engineering Quality Purchasing Manufacturing in Automotive sect(car manufacturer/Tier)
• Demonstrate product process engineer experience
• Team management experience
• Experience in budget control profit enhancement
• Seniority (inside outside Faurecia)
Program manager: 5 years-experience in the functions above.
Advanced program manager: 3 years-experience as a program manager
SeniProgram Manager: 3 years-experience as Advanced program manager
Global Program Managers: international working experience 3 years-experience as advanced program manager

Nice to have:
• Local & NEV customer programs experience

Technical skills:
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, design of experiment, “QRCI”/problem solving skills)
• Finance skills (master business plan calculation)
• Master Faurecia Program Management System (internal)
• Program management knowledge in particularly in matrixganization (external)
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships at senilevel
• English fluent

Job Responsibilities：
1.从收购到项目收尾与客户的接口
2.掌握项目时间，严格按计划执行
3.制定项目预算，启动资本支出申请并获得批准，跟踪关键财务KPI，并确保在将项目移交给生产之前达到基线
4.跟踪客户工装和工程付款，并确保按时付款
5.与工程团队合作，确保设计审查、DV、PV。根据公司程序正确及时地完成
6.通过顺畅的沟通管理多功能、多地区的团队
7.进行项目风险评估，学习并密切跟踪
8.通过项目管理系统定期向管理层报告项目状态
9.根据项目管理流程组织项目阶段退出审查，确保相关交付物按时准备就绪，以支持管理层签字
10.根据变更管理程序管理工程变更
11.支持运营团队解决关键的启动问题和VOC
12.通过定义的KPI确保项目安全启动


岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，理工科优先
2.5年以上工作经验，3年以上汽车行业相关经验，特别优秀者可对应放宽。
3.英语听说读写流利优先
4.熟知汽车开发程序（如APQP、IATF 16949）、制造过程和汽车质量体系知识
5.在项目管理方面有丰富的经验，有PMI认证优先
6.能够在内部和外部高层做好接口角色
7.良好的沟通技巧和建立客户关系的能力
8.良好的团队合作能力，较强的解决问题能力
9.多客户经验优先，有Global客户项目经验优先

Responsibility

A. Supports company level project Q.C.D achievement cooperating with the Project managers;
与项目经理合作，支持公司层面的项目质量控制成果
B. Manages department company level regular meeting about project management, publish meeting minutes;
组织部门及公司级项目管理例会，发布会议纪要
C. Optimize the resource allocation of projects portfolio on company level via monitoring platform team workload;
通过监控平台团队工作量，优化公司层面项目组合的资源配置
D. Optimize the project management policies, procedures, via definition, optimization, standardization of Project relative templates other shared documents;
通过定义、优化、标准化项目相关模板和其他共享文件，优化项目管理政策、流程
E. Monitproject status via publishing PMO report monthly;
通过每月发布PMO报告来监控项目状态
F. Assist project managers to import Gateway files in WINDCHILL system;
协助项目经理导入WINDCHILL系统中的Gateway文件
G. Organize lead the training about project management methodology application
组织和领导项目管理方法应用培训
H. Administration support to Project Management Director
为项目管理总监提供行政支持
Requirements
任职要求：
A. Previous experience within Projecting / Process Development / Process Engineering and/Project Management fInternational Projects.
具有国际项目项目规划/工艺开发/工艺工程和/或项目管理经验
B. More than 5 years of experience，previous experience within Projecting / Process Development / Process Engineering and/Project Management fInternational Projects.
5年以上工作经验，有国际项目项目规划/工艺开发/工艺工程和/或项目管理经验
C. Mechanical/Management Engineering
