职责描述：
Function of the job holder (short abstract description)
1.Work in a project team as a CTM project window person fBRUSS Taicang based on the BRUSS CTM process.
2.Build up a relationship to purchase engineering departments of our customers follow up customer requests on demand.
3.Provide discuss design proposals with the engineering departments of our customers based on BRUSS design standard.
4.Follow up project schedule provide the required documents fthe project management to our customers
5.CAD work as model check, preparation of drawings, translation of drawings to chinese in cooperation with the design department in HQ Hoisdorf
6.Project coordination engineering support fpurchase parts.
7.Check RFQ’s from customers whether they fit to our product portfolio. Follow up the RFQ process together with SEC in China & Hoisdorf
8.Provide follow up quotations to our customers based on the commercial data from Hoisdorf TG0 approval.
9.Commof 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA,SPC,MSA) knowledge.

Position Summary：
The role will lead a multi discipline / functional team incorporating mainly developers but also product owners, supply chain, market & communication, etc. towards a delivery of a successful launch of the product related documentation to the market, cover the lifecycle from idea to launch.
Responsibilities：
1. Cross-functional leadership of R&D delivery teams, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, After Market Marketing, to secure successful deliveries of products. Maintains status dashboard fall portfolio products, track take action on top quality claims, portfolio proliferation complexity.
2. The position carries an objective of being in the forefront of leading the change within the R&Dganization in a global (Americas, Europe, India China) multicultural dimension.
3. Deliver assigned project at aligned time, cost, quality scope (through leading project planning, structuring projectganization, leading risk management activities handling scope management with stakeholders) according to best practice project management, the APD model established R&D procedures.
4. Lead project related decision making on project priorities inder to achieve project goals.
5. Contributing to adequate make/buy/partner decisions.
6. Secure an effective communication flow with internal external stakeholders.
7. Continuously drive down time to market, improve efficiency product quality in our development projects.
8. Prepare presentations present status of assigned projects at Decision Point Committee (DPC).
9. Financial planning follow-up of assigned projects.
10. Participate in ongoing continuous improvements of project management practices, the APD process internal procedures.
11. Development of core team member’s leadership skills.
12. Compilation of documents required during product development launch phase, including but not limited to purchase spec, instruction manual, service manual.
Skills, Experience Qualifications:
1. Excellent leadership management skills; proven ability in situational leadership, developing other individuals coordinate planning risk management of medium to large projects
2. Experience of running project in an international environment, mainly focus on PPE.
3. Excellent communication skills on all levels in a company, in English
4. Experience of leading cross-functional product development projects including stakeholders in all parts of the company
5. Experience in product development fcomplex systems also development processes fthis type of products
6. Strong background of independent successful project management in relevant product development
7. B. Sc. M.Sc. in Science (fexample Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Management, Automation), B. A. M. A. in Arts (fexample English, International Economics Trade)
8. Min 5 years of relevant experience
9. Some travel required

我们正在寻找具备项目管理经验、跨部门协调能力和客户导向意识的项目经理，负责统筹销售、产品、供应链等团队资源，推动重点项目高效落地。该职位将深度参与从客户需求转化到产品交付全过程，确保交付进度、质量与客户满意度。
岗位职责
1. 项目统筹与执行
- 全面负责所承接项目的计划、执行与交付全过程管理，确保项目按时、按预算完成，符合客户合同、技术规范及公司质量标准；
- 制定并维护项目计划（含时间节点、关键路径等），跟踪项目进展，协调各部门资源，推动项目高效运行；
- 建立并执行项目沟通机制，确保内部团队（销售、产品、供应链等）与外部客户、供应商的高效协作。
2. 客户对接与交付落地
- 配合销售人员参与客户需求评审，准确转化为可执行的技术与交付任务
跟进客户关键节点，确保交付符合客户预期并及时解决项目推进中的问题，提升客户满意度；
- 管理客户合同条款执行过程，识别与推进合同外变更事项（如新增需求、变更订单），确保公司利益化。
3. 跨部门协调与资源管理
- 协调产品部门输出标准化或定制化解决方案，确保技术方案与交付能力匹配；
跟踪关键物料、产能、生产排期，提前识别瓶颈并推动解决；
- 与供应链/生产部门协同，确保采购、组装、发货等环节符合项目节点。
4. 风险与质量管理
- 识别并跟踪项目中的时间、成本、技术等潜在风险，制定应对预案；
- 组织阶段性评审与关键里程碑检查，确保交付质量与进度；
- 建立问题反馈与闭环机制，推动持续改进和经验沉淀。
5. 项目运营与报告
- 负责项目关键指标跟踪（成本、进度、质量、回款等），定期向上级提交项目进展与风险报告；
- 支持部门或公司层面的项目经验归档、模板建设与流程优化。
背景要求
- 本科及以上学历，工程类、项目管理、自动化、电气、市场营销等相关专业优先；两年以上项目管理、客户交付或市场支持相关经验，有工业品行业经验（如电梯、线束、自动化设备等）者优先。
- 有团队协作与跨职能项目的推进经验，具备良好的客户沟通与技术理解能力；有项目预算控制、成本估算、进度排布与合同管理经验者优先。
- 具备扎实的项目管理能力，能独立制定与跟踪项目计划，识别关键路径与风险节点。
- 熟悉使用Microsoft Office系列办公软件，尤其是Excel、PPT、Project等项目工具。
- 拥有优秀的书面与口头表达能力，善于与客户、内部团队进行双向沟通并管理期望；具备良好的组织协调能力，能够同时管理多个项目和任务。
- 熟悉制造企业流程，具备一定的产品与供应链理解能力；能阅读和理解技术图纸（如结构图、电气图）者优先。
- 有强烈的责任心与结果导向意识，具备主人翁思维；主动性强，适应快节奏和多任务并行的工作环境。
- 具备良好的时间管理能力与抗压能力，能在不确定性中持续推进工作；具备一定的团队管理或跨部门推动经验，愿意学习与成长为业务与技术之间的桥梁。
