How you’ll make an impact

1. You will support the tender team on financial aspects during the tender stage, including the risk review process.
2. You will prepare a Project Financial Execution Plan (as part of an overall Project Execution Plan covering all financial, commercial tax aspects such as revenue recognition methods, billing plan, payment securities, GST other indirect taxes, consortium administration, etc.).
3. You will review have joint responsibility fall financial aspects of the project including estimate at completion related cost-to-complete, forecast Revenues Cash Flow, assess risks opportunities ensure alignment with other functions including Project Management, Planning & Fulfillment.
4. You will take accountability support on project invoicing, manage currency risk, tax issues, bonds guarantees, financial accounting reporting. Drive seek foptimization of project cash flow, revenues GM contribution together with Project Managers as needed.
5. You will promote commercial awareness in the project team provide commercial input to the project execution plan (such as supply management, claims, back-to-back conditions). Drives claim management, back-charges insurance cases monitors the proper follow up together with the Contract Manager/Project Manager, upstream (towards customer), as well as downstream (towards suppliers).
6. You will establish project governance process. Participate in opportunity/risk identification to ensure that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented. Drives, co-ordinates prepares monthly project reviews jointly with PM.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external internal regulations, corporate governance, procedures, integrity, assurance, group charter, business specific directives instructions, along with Project Manager.
8. You will ensure that the financial information is reported in SAP take initiative in implementing new tools processes.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Business.
2. Min with 5 years of Project Controlling experience, similar in MNC equivalent Industry preferred.
3. Familiar with CPA preferred.
4. High Level working knowledge in SAP HANA / ECC 6: PS, FICO, MM & SD modules.
5. Well versed with MS Office, SAP, ERP, Business Intelligence reports Internet Applications.
6. Required to have strong communication ability to drive overall project. performance Proven ability to work at a high degree of teamwork group synergy.
7. High sense of responsibility, commitment & effective communicator.
8. Excellent English proficiency in speaking written.

Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
Take part in project controlling related activities according to project schedule, such as project handover from sales, project review meeting, financial KPIs forecast. Interact with Operation team to ensure that SD MM related work are smoothly performed transparent project reporting planning are in place. Perform profitability analysis from different dimensions, such as projects margin development, utilization analysis, department cost analysis, etc. Prepare other operation KPIs analysis based on business requirements. Conduct balance sheet review valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued / pre-paid expenses etc., support cash generation NWC improvement by analyzing AR, AP, Inventory
Assist budgeting forecasting process by communicating guidelines, timetables preparing working files.
Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
Ensure processes controls within own area of responsibility are designed implemented in line with Group business requirements, maintain proper audit trail documentation ffuture internal & external audits reviews.

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Bachelor’s degree above, majin Finance, Accounting Economics.
5+ years working experience in Finance Accounting.
Excellent skill on MS Excel, PowerPoint.
English proficiency in both speaking written.
Experience in SAP data analytical tools such as Power BI preferred.
