Sales Director, Malaysia
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting developing strong relationships with customers.
(Prefer massive Storage Project sales experience)
Responsibilities
• Responsible fdeveloping new markets customers in a specific region（Southeast Asia） driving sales growth of the companys products services.
• Achieve sales targets increase market share in a highly competitive market by developing effective sales strategies plans.
• Maintain develop long-term relationships with existing customers, improve customer satisfaction increase customer loyalty.
• Ensure timely response to customer needs problems, provide professional solutions to meet customer expectations needs
• Conduct market analysis competitive intelligence, understmarket dynamics trends, formulate corresponding sales strategies.
• Based on market feedback data analysis, adjust optimize sales strategy to improve sales efficiency market competitiveness.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree equivalent experience in Sales
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Excellent written verbal communication skills
• Prefer new energy storage industry

【岗位职责】
1、与市场销售总监、餐饮总监一起制定餐饮宴会销售计划。
2、协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广
3、协助酒店市场战略的制订。
4、管理财务报告，财务分析、预算，制定部门的定价策略。
5、确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标。
6、与本部门及其他部配合工作。
7、与客户谈判，确保满足客人的需要，同时又能够实现酒店的利润。
8、与客户保持有效的适当地交流，同时表现出专业的形象及工作方式。
9、对酒店产品及服务要有高度了解，以便更好地向客人推销酒店的服务及设施。
10、根据酒店的目标和方向，制订合适的行政及沟通规定及程序。
11、拜访有潜力的客户，发展并保持与客户合作的关系。
12、完成上级交给的其他任务。
【岗位要求】
1、必须具备良好的说读写能力并理解工作中的主要语言
2、具备良好的读写能力，以便使沟通的过程更方便
3、对酒店及相应施设具有专业知识
4、具有公司，旅游中介公司及宴会销售知识
5、掌握并具有互联网及其它主要电脑软件方面的知识和经验
6、对本地市场及国际市场有基本的了解
7、至少拥有8年国际连锁酒店的相关工作经验

【岗位职责】
1、与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。
2、高效认知和掌握销售线索。
3、代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。
4、发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。
5、仔细计划与客户的会面，对预定的客户实施客户关系管理，完成销售目标。
6、在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。
7、准备销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进。
【岗位要求】
1、具备领导才能，了解所负责部门对各职位的责任；
2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识；
3、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统；
4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售；
5、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争；
6、具备良好的电脑技能，良好的中，英文读写能力；
7、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧；
8、独立工作和团队工作的能力；
9、3年销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有*少2年的销售经理经历
