升学指导岗位职责

岗位职责：
1、根据教学大纲教授小学/高中英语课程，有教授托福、雅思课程经验者优先考虑；
2、参加各类教研活动，积极开展课题研究，提高教学质量；
3、负责学生海外院校升学指导，文书修改等相关工作；
4、根据国外大学（以美国为主）申请要求，为学生做好高中学生的升学指导课程及咨询工作；
5、组织、参与各种学术会议和活动，如教师培训、教研会议、家长会、教工大会、课程介绍会等；
6、布置适当的作业，并及时批改和反馈，定期为学生准备学期报告；
7、按照校纪校规，积极沟通、交流并引导学生在成长中的思想、行为，言传身教，潜移默化；
8、了解国外大学申报程序，为学生提供所需的推荐材料。

任职要求
- 具有相关海外工作背景，重点大学、硕士及以上学历，有海外交流经验者优先；
1. 忠诚于教育事业，热爱教育教学工作，具有良好的个人和职业素养。
2. 本科及以上学历（硕士或博士研究生优先）。
3. 具有英语教师资格证书。
4.具有较高的英语水平，有留学背景、可双语教学者优先。

职责：
1.帮助学生完成海外大学的本科申请工作, 包括文书、网申、跟盯结果等工作；
2.负责学生留学过程的所有沟通、创作及实操工作（如申请，文书，面试，签证等）；
3.负责学生在各年级的选课指导；
4.负责文案内部文书的创作、翻译和校对工作；
5.负责申请季学生文书培训和复核工作；
6.负责收费项目的学生文书的书写工作；
7.担任升学指导课程的授课老师；
8.负责与校区学术和学生管理部门协调沟通；
9.认真备课，完成升学指导课程授课工作；
10.熟悉每个学生的学业成绩、为学生设计考试计划、活动计划、升学目标；
11.负责教师推荐信的培训工作：
12.执行总部下达的与升学和游学相关的活动，如展会、讲座、培训等；
13.负责学生升学相关背景提升活动的规划；
14.为学校提供优质的活动和竞赛建议；
15.服从总部卓越学院领导和校区校长安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，至少2年以上升学指导实操经验，熟悉海外院校本科申请流程和学校情况；
2.熟练掌握本科留学申请体系、文书写作、选校指导、签证流程、面试指导等工作；
3.有良好的沟通能力、交际能力和亲和力，能胜任日常接待学生和定期接待家长的咨询工作；
4.英语专业8级或托福、雅思等海外考试高分获得者，有较强的写作能力和逻辑思维能力；
5.热爱教育、热爱学生，善于发现学生身上的亮点并能有家长同理心；
6.抗压能力强，能接受deadline前的工作压力；
7.充满激情，锲而不舍，主动出击，积极担当；
8.有时间观念，工作效率高，完成工作任务，交付工作成果；

1. The main duty of the ‘Head of University Counselor’ is following counseling-related work, proving professional sound counseling support fstudents parents:

a) Keeping a track of assisting with the running of students’ activities school-scale events, by working with CAS coordinatresponsible staff of other activities;

b) Follow up with extramuralganizations regarding the outsourced service collaboration activities, e,g. language training companies, activity companies, etc.;

c) Communication with parents: translating counseling documents fparents, making appointments, etc.;

d) Reception arrangements fthe visits of university admissions officers of university students;

e) Management of the ‘counseling’ session of school Wechat account;

f) Communication collaboration with other departments, particularly teachers, regarding student work.

g) Other relevant work as required.

2. The professional development path fthe ‘Head of University Counselor’ is being able to:

a) Guide students through the entire application process, including application, visa arrangement, interviews, etc.;

b) Conduct workshops, lectures design counseling activities.





Qualifications:

1. Proficient English, particularly English writing abilities;

2. Excellentganization skills, including theganization of tasks, time, resources, challenges so forth;

3. A team leader as well as an independent learner;

4. A heart feducation a hard worker;

5. Basic understanding of foreign universities culture, willingness to excel in it.

6. Overseas education background would be a plus.
