Candidate;residing;in;Tanggu/TEDA;area;is;preferred.;Contract;period;will;be;6;months.;Responsible;to;provide;superior;logistics;and;distribution;services;at;competitive;cost;to;the;field;organization;while;managing;the;expectation;of;field;organization.;Responsible;to;manage;his/her;segment’s;logistics;needs;on;a;day-to-day;basis.;Provide;import/export;process;efficiency;and;to;ensure;the;customs;status;of;all;goods;and;assets;is;in;full;compliance;at;all;times.;

·;Be;the;Segment;(customer);focal;point;for;all;logistics;related;matters;for;movement;of;goods.
·;Manage;segment;logistics;operations;to;ensure;efficient;and;accurate;delivery;of;shipments.;
·;Responsible;for;cargo;request;accuracy:;descriptions,;valuations,;Dangerous;Goods;notes,;Controlled;Goods,;harmonized;tariff;codes,;country;of;origin.
·;Ensures;timely;transmittal;of;documentation;to;customs;brokers.
·;Leads;initiatives;to;realize;domestic;inbound;/;outbound;freight;savings.
·;Selects;and;books;carrier;for;specified;region;considering;cost,;lead-time,;carrier;capacity,;plant/customer;schedules,;and;warehouse;constraints.
·;Provides;daily;operational;support;to;business;segments;;and;Procurement;Specialists;regarding;expected;shipment;and;arrival;dates.
·;Assesses;carrier;performance;with;respect;to;on-time;delivery;and;on-time;pick-up.
·;Keep;all;regulatory;documents;in;proper;filing;as;per;country;and;SLB;retention;policies.
·;Ensure;all;customs;files;are;closed;within;regulatory;time;frame,;and;escalate;as;necessary.
·;Expedite;and;follow;up;with;suppliers;until;product;availability;at;origin
·;Prepare;all;cargo;documentation;(permits/authorization);for;rig/client;access;
·;Constantly;work;on;consolidation;and;optimization;of;cargo;transportation,;seeking;cost;reduction.;
·;Analyse;import;and;export;documentation;for;incoming;and;outgoing;shipments;and;ensure;accuracy;of;documentation;and;verify;compliance;standard.
·;Responsible;to;analyse;customs;duty;exemptions;and;free;trade;agreements;where;nessasary;to;reduce;cost;of;imports;and;exports.
·;Responsible;and;accountable;for;performance;factors;related;to;shipping;guidelines;in;the;country.
·;Manage;day;to;day;customs;brokers;operations;and;ensure;performance;are;monitored;targetting;a;lead;and;cost;reductions.
·;Responsible;and;accountable;to;ensure;all;import;and;export;duty;tariff;codes;are;correctly;applied;in;to;all;incoming;and;outgoing;shipments.
·;Comply;with;customs;requirements;and;manage;customs;duty;costs;to;a;minimal;exposure;;regularly;conduct;regulatory;self;audits;/;compliance;to;the;latest;customs;regulations;;keep;customs;documents;in;proper;filing,;maintenance,;and;retention.;
