In Summer 1999 Albatross Projects GmbH was founded in Heidenheim a. Brenz. On October 1999 it took over the EMC-Systems activities from Siemens Matsushita Components GmbH. The take over occurred by a Management-Buy-Out with the participation of the most important business partners. The complete transaction was implemented and set into operation within a few months.
