延锋百利得（上海）汽车安全系统有限公司是由延锋伟世通汽车饰件系统有限公司和美国百利得安全系统公司(Key Safety Systems, Inc.)共同投资成立。总投资为3250万美元，注册资金为1300万美元。 公司主要从事汽车被动安全系统的设计、开发、测试、制造以及销售，产品包括方向盘、安全气囊模块、安全带、气袋以及整个汽车被动安全系统集成。

公司坐落在上海浦东康桥工业园区，整个厂区包括制造中心和*的技术中心大楼，拥有*的汽车安全系统测试和试验设备，为国内首家配备动态滑道碰撞试验机的汽车安全系统供应商。本公司技术中心不仅能够满足公司自身的安全系统产品的研发需求，同时还将承担国内以及国外主机客户对安全系统产品工程开发的需求，其工程开发业务涵盖亚太地区。公司业务涵盖国内各大主机客户，如上海通用、上海大众、上汽汽车、北京现代、长安福特马自达、一汽大众、江淮汽车、上汽通用五菱、吉利汽车、奇瑞汽车等。公司的产品还出口到欧洲、北美、日本和韩国等地，深受国内外客户的认可。

公司成立于2004年5月，在过去的十一年中，延锋百利得的发展是迅速和鼓舞人心的：

销售额不到1亿发展到37亿；

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and register capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.

Yanfeng KSS is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with a manufacturing center and a world technical center which has world vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.

Yanfeng KSS was established in May 2004. Looking back to the past six years, the growth of Yanfeng KSS is quick and amazing:
The headcount of our people is increased from 140 to 1200;
The sales is increased from less than RMB 100 million to near RMB 1.7 billion;
